XO因內酒店(XO Hotel Inner)

It beat my expectations with one glaring exception. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The exception was that I arrived late at 11.55pm wanting to get to sleep ahead of meetings in the morning. The check in person said I needed to wait a few minutes, which turned out so he could clean his desk. I could not believe he really thought this more important than checking in a tired customer.

This hotel is in a quiet residential street within minutes walk to major tram and bus stops and museums. Room was perfect for our short stay, the bathroom was compact. There was some door noise for us probably as there were 3 room doors next to each other off tge reception. Also don't expect there to be much in the way of coffee pods to go with the machine, maybe bring your own.

I recently stayed at a property and arrived early, but fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate me. The service was great and the 24-hour staffed reception made me feel secure and cared for during my stay. The beds were also very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, the view from the window wasn't great and some areas of the property were dated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this property to others.

I liked the staff very much, everyone super nice and friendly, as well as professional. The position is excellent, close to high end shopping, Van Gogh museum and only 15 minutes walking distance from Dam Square

Hotel was in a good location for being just outside the city center (close to van gogh, rijkmuseum, grocery store, transit stops). Breakfast was decent, we had a problem with the room key which got resolved right away. Room was very small which is the standard for Amsterdam. Hotel Room bed sheets werent cleaned daily which was a dissapoin**ent despite leaving the sign for "clean up". Cost for the room was good & would recommend for someone for a budget friendly & basic hotel close to amenities.

Perfect little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Location is excellent. Has an elevator so you don’t have to worry about stairs and luggage. They have a small breakfast buffet available as well. If you prepay upon check in, you get a discount. Most of the guests during our stay were couples, older, or families, unlike other places with the rowdy younger crowd.

Chambres très propres. Bien rénovées pour la catégorie d'hôtel. Personnel accueillant. L'espacé réception un peu vieillot et mériterait quelque rénovations. J'étais à une conférence au Center de congrès RAI: l'hotel XO inner était bien situé, dan un quartier tranquille, près de musées et de bons restaurants, à 20 minutes de marche du RAI.

Great place to stay if visiting the museums in Amsterdam. It's older so there were little problems. The lift did not work when we left so had to lug our bags down several flights of stairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
