阿姆斯特丹貝多芬酒店(Hotel Beethoven Amsterdam)

Bel accueil de tout le personnel. Daniels, le directeur de l’hôtel est un hôte charmant et prévenant. Hôtel bien placé à proximité de tout. Nous recommandons vivement. Un clin d’œil tout particulier à Costa. Nous reviendrons c’est une évidence.

Tout était parfait depuis la réservation et les échanges d’émail jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Les manager sont super gentils super serviables. La chambre est confortable, la propreté : rien à redire, le déjeuner continental délicieux mais un peu trop pour moi donc les gourmands seront ravis ! L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, assez excentré pour ne pas avoir la foule et le bruit mais on peut rejoindre le centre, les musées &co grâce à un tram en face de l’hôtel qui nous y amène en 15 minutes max !

I stayed at this hotel in April 2022 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The team is outside the door of the hotel which leads you into central station. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

We stayed here in June 2022 - I wouldn't class myself as a picky person but Hotel Beethoven unfortuantely left me no choice with the room itself. The lobby is beautiful I will say that much, and check in was self check in which was straight forward, but there never seemed to be staff present to welcome you or there if you needed them. The room itself was awful - there was chewing gum stuck on our base, there was a fish smell from the shower ( I am guessing this is from the drain itself) the windowsill was dirty, everything about the room was very low standard. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!! I want to make that very clear, and the noise from every single room, the three nights I was there I never had a good nights sleep. Another note to add was no air-con either and it was very very warm. Except for the location and the fact it was a short stay, we made do. I would just advise to pay a little more and get a better and decent hotel.

Hotel in Amsterdam South so a nice part of town. Lobby is really nice and modern. The hotel room could be cleaner, saw food marks on the walls, dust on the carpet and the guests can be quiet load after 10pm. At check in a staff member advised breakfast was included but when we went down and ate we were then told is wasn't and had to pay €33.00 for 2 people which wasn't worth it at all. There should have been a staff member at the breakfast counter taking room numbers before guests sat down to avoid any issues. Lot of staff more interaction for assistance required.

Great district. Nice lobby. Clean but low standard rooms. Basically. You get what you pay for and a very good location. A lot of noise from rooms next door but less so from the street. Easy self check-in and friendly staff to help if need. Did not try the breakfast since there are many good options in the street.

Excellent hotel - couldn’t fault the stay. Perfect base for a week away and could ask for anywhere better. Clean , tidy and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely will return one day soon! Brilliant Christmas trip

Entry area and breakfast are quite nice and good. However I am not quite sure wherefrom the pictures of the rooms here are, but they definitely not looking as good as on the picture. Very hot in summer in the room, soft bed and very small bathroom. And the reception is completely unstructured for special bookings.

Location, location, location. Very friendly and helpful front desk, and easy check in/out process with self service. Need to keep some food but no fridge in room but they offered to keep our food in their restaurant fridge throughout the stay.
