彭辛家園酒店(Pension Homeland)

Historialtaankin mielenkiintoinen, "aikansa näköinen" paikka, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja asemalta. Baarissa ja terassilla mukava istuskella päivän päätteeksi. Aamupala ei kuulunut varaukseemme, mutta kerran kävimme ottamassa listalta hyvät ja ihan edullisetkin annokset. Ilmastoinnin puute varmasti helteellä ongelma, matkamme aikaan oli hieman viileää ja tuulistakin. Huone on pieni. Hotellikissa oli hyvin tuttavallinen meille, mutta ei ole varmasti häiriöksi vaikka ei niin kissaihminen olisikaan. Kaikenkaikkiaan edullisimmasta päästä, kuitenkin lähes täyden palvelun (ja hyvän sellaisen) paikka, jonne voisimme majoittua toistekin Amsterdamissa vieraillessamme!

Excellent location, Friendly, unique, clean, and heart. Location: Bike by everything is super close. By foot it is a 20 min walk to the main market and 30min to the train station. It is on the water so the air is fantastic at night and quite in the evening. The hotel is a former Navel officer quarters and there is a lot of green gardens and places to relax and sit outside. The view or the harbor is worth 100 euros. Friendly: The guy at that checked me in was really kind and you can tell he loves his job and the hotel. Unique: The furniture is from the 60-70’s and its very functional and stable. If you like places that have all new furniture or the hotel factory look then his is not for you. In the middle of my floor was access to a kettle, cups, and tea bags with many varieties. It’s a nice touch for the mornings and evenings. Clean: the shower and bathroom is Modern and very clean. The only thing i was was different would be the shower splash guards. They should have installed more. It’s hard to take a shower without water sprayed to the bathroom sink. Heart: there is a ton of heart and passion for this hotel and I am so happy to find a non corporate cookie cutter place with a successful business model. It’s a lot like Amsterdam… I little ahead of the rest of the world.

Great hotel with the feel of a hostel (in a good way). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant and bar are cozy. They be their own beers and have very good food. Location is about perfect, far enough away from the hustle to be quiet, but still walking distance. Also, right by the bus stop. Hotel cat is a bonus.

不得不說，這棟建築從外面看起來不那麼出彩，但裡面卻大不相同。房間很舒適，淋浴/衛生間面積較小，但您需要多少錢？床很舒服。電梯很慢，但樓梯工作得很好:) 工作人員非常友好和熱情。酒吧區很漂亮，可以欣賞到美麗的水景。沒有嘗試這家餐廳，因為我們做了其他安排，但他們釀造的啤酒很棒——特別推薦 IPA。離我們之前住的地方有點遠，但一切都在步行範圍之內。一定會再入住！

Pension war sehr sauber! Freundliches Personal! Gute Lage - man ist innerhalb von 20 min mit den Öffis so gut wie überall!

A wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. The building has a historic feel of the 60s but in a very modern way. So interesting. They have good food in the restaurant and special nights such as beer tasting meals or live music nights. Has a really ethical feel about everything they do. Love this place and would come back.

我們在 Pension Homeland 住了四個晚上。我們很早就到了，但他們爭先恐後地讓我們進了房間。床是最好的！非常舒服。工作人員很棒，我們享受了兩頓晚餐，他們非常棒，可以欣賞到城市的美景。啤酒（現場釀造）很美味。在繁忙嘈雜的城市中，Pension 是一片寧靜的綠洲。

I had a really lovely time at the Pension Homeland hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses. The hotel location is a 20 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal near to the Science Museum and my room had a great view overlooking the water. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. It is in a quiet location and it is only a short walk away from the centre of Amsterdam. I had breakfast every morning and there is a good choice of food to choose from, both hot and cold. I would definitely stay here if I visit Amsterdam again.
