我該從哪裡開始……接待員不太熱情。他要求用現金支付剩餘的預訂費用，但沒有在任何地方指定，所以如果你只有信用卡，你就只能湊合了。做家事？沒有什麼。淋浴間滿是頭髮，廁所更糟糕，我在床上發現了頭髮、紙和耳機塞。我有說洗澡嗎？抱歉：機艙會比較準確。沒有蓋子的廁所黏在門上，淋浴沒有窗簾。每個房間一個「浴室」可供 16 人入住，而每層樓一個「浴室」可供 75 人入住，這是荒謬的。包含“早餐”，接待區放置了一台舊咖啡機，接待區必須有 5 個“浴室”小屋。開放式廚房也很噁心，符合主題。我從來沒有見過這麼卑鄙的地方，即使它位置很好，為了你的幸福付出更多並去其他地方！

Had booked a bed in a 10 bed dorm, but I was put in a 15 bed dorm and told they didn't even have a 10 bed dorm. I had to pay cash, which normally is not an issue, but after I contacted ********** support to help with my situation I found out why it's cash only. As soon as the nice worker from ********** said where he was from, they hung up on him and afterwards they didn't pick up the phone, and because it was cash I couldn't get my money when they won't cooperate. The workers at the hostel were rude and kept trying to scam people. I met a Belgian who left the same time as me, and they kept trying to not give her the key deposit back, claiming she didn't pay one, when there was a very clear price of paper with her info and a 10€ bill on it. Scammers. They had no clue about who was staying where in the dorm, people kept getting assigned beds that were taken, there was no ventilation, the bathroom and shower was never cleaned, it was nasty and there was no toilet paper for 2 days despite me telling them there wasn't any. Complete scam, don't go here, not even your booking agency can help you if you go here.

The worst conditions I have ever come across. I do not understand how this place is running. My boyfriend and I ( from Australia) checked in on the 31st of July and were planning to stay for 3 nights. We paid cash upfront and were assisted by the staff with a key and directions. (Total amount coming to $306 euros, coming to approximately $512 AUD.) Upon reaching our room, we searched for our bed numbers- only to find other people’s belongings on the beds given to us. Some of the other female guests who were Italian explained that the bed numbers on the hostel card don’t correspond to which bed you sleep in and they were told to choose any free bed too. A staff member came in to assist us with our concerns that someone is sleeping in our specific beds we had paid for. They told us to sleep in another two beds. The state of the room and beds were not to the expectations. The beds we were given to use were also unclean with stains on the bed (see attached picture). When this was brought up with the front desk they gave us blankets for us to change the bedding ourselves. The staff had no idea who was staying in this room and if the beds were in use. This made us feel very unsafe and unclean. I did not feel comfortable staying in a place where the staff didn’t know the guests staying in there and where the bed sheets and room standards were so poor. We immediately spoke to the staff at reception and told them of our concerns. Following this we booked another hotel (for the same price and beautiful private room), last minute and left. Staff told us that management would be able to assist us in receiving a refund (even though we paid in cash?) Still awaiting to hear back from management regarding a refund. Heard nothing. Take it from me, if you want to enjoy your stay in Amsterdam, don’t torture yourself and stay here.

Small dirty and smelly room , The guy at the reception was rude and didn't want to help. Only In the recipe they told us that we need to add more 50 euros for taxes . The bathroom was very dirty , and the sheets had stamps. Generally it was good location But in the value for money rate it 1 out of 10

Please be careful of this hostel. They advertise prices and payment options and do not honor them. My son reserved a room for two at the price of 148 Euro and expected to pay with a credit card as the website on *********** shows all major cards accepted. Upon arrival he was told that it was cash only and the total was 168 Euro. I asked for an invoice and they sent one for 148 Euro and never explained why they only took cash. I suspect the clerk does this at night to make some extra money.

El peor hostel en el que me he quedado. El recepcionista atiende de mala gana y se atreve a meterse al cuarto a las 4:30 am a despertarme diciéndome que se había equivocado al asignarme el cuarto que debí cambiarme o retirarme del Hostel. Le solicite que me devolviera el dinero a lo que se negó así como tampoco quiso llamar a su encargado. No recomiendo a nadie que se quede aquí no es barato para lo que ofrecen

It’s really terrible after paying with credit cards before arriving they still insist that I must be on arrival with cash . I had to look for another alternative.

Worst hostel i've ever seen. Force you to give cash at the arrival, then put you in big rooms with one bathroom for 20 people. The kitchen lacks tea/coffee half the time. The people working there are not helpful and find ways to make you pay more. Also, the bed are uncomfortable and they give beds already occupied to a lot of people.
