We stayed in your hotel from the 16 to the 17 of November 2024, under the name of Romain Le Brelot, 2 people. The man at the reception was nice. But when we arrived inside a room it was a deception! There was a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom: it was really dirty and impossible to stay and wash! There was also blood in the sheets. So we had to sleep without sheets. Photos of the sheets are attached. We were also very surprised because the photos didn't look like what we had! We had to leave early the next day so didn't have a chance to speak to reception. We did however call at 11am to express our dissatisfaction with the night. The receptionist told us to email here. The receptionist told us that you were used to having complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms, and that you were aware of the problems! I don't think it's honest to sell hotel rooms knowing that! We have put a sum of money down and would like to have a clean and healthy hotel. I understand that buildings can be old but cleanliness is essential. I have sent an email to the hotel one week ago and no one answered me !

In all my life, I have never seen a place so dirty and neglected, with such poor service. The nightmare began at check-in, where there should have been a staff member waiting, but there was no one. There was no doorbell, no bell, no way to get someone's attention. The phone was also not answered. When a staff member finally showed up, he was completely rude and had no interest in helping or solving any problems. The hotel had several signs warning about the smoking ban, with a fine of 250 euros. So far, so good. However, when we arrived at our room, we were greeted by an unbearable smell of cigarettes, which made it impossible to stay or sleep there. On the balcony, more than 50 cigarette butts were scattered around. We went down to reception again and, once again, the staff member was not there. We had to call out loud for someone to come. When he arrived, instead of solving the problem, he tried to refute our criticisms, turning the situation around, as if we were the ones to blame. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. It ruined our day and the trip. And even if they made a mistake, they don't admit it. There's no way they'll give you your money back, it's practically a robbery.

Excellent and Very pleasant stay. I spent 2 nights, between 23 and 25 of july 2024. Rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. I will surely come back! Thanks for everything! Regards.
