精品酒店諾丁山(Boutique Hotel Notting Hill)

Loved our stay at this hotel ! The Beds were so comfortable and the deco was beaut! We had lovely dressing gowns and slippers to wear in the room & it was perfect getting complimentary coffee & water. We had a slight issue with the air con , but was given the chance to move rooms so they could fix the problem . It’s a perfect location , with no noise & easy access to the city !

Hotel con personal muy atento, amable y que apoya y resuelve las necesidades del Huésped, Agradecimiento rspecial a Laura, Tashi y Alondra. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación, a una calle existe una estación del tram, a dos estaciones de la zona de museos. Desayuno abundante y variado. Seguro regresaremos.

We did not enjoy our stay here. The staff are not very engaging, kind or attentive and require additional training especially at the front desk. We travel a lot so this stood out to us. Smiles and attention missing throughout the stay. At breakfast same thing - people are doing their jobs but it’s obvious they’re not enjoying it. Cleanliness in the room - Also needs improvement. See the pictures, limescale and mold in the bathroom - This hotel has a lot of opportunity to be so much better. I don’t think we’ll be back - service training needed big time. The gym is sad and cramped - a small room with three pieces of equipment to tick the box. Not sure anybody would ever work out there.

Hotel 4 stelle ma brillavano poco! Staff reception disponibile e cordiale, tranne un'eccezione con la puzza sotto al naso! Pulizia della camera giornaliera scarsa, approssimativa e per avere il rifornimento e il cambio asciugamani dovevi reclamare tutti i giorni.Tutto sommato appena sufficiente, sicuramente non ai livelli dei nostri hotel a 4 stelle!

Petit hôtel très sympathique, situé dans le sud du centre ville. Nous avions pris une chambre en grenier et avons été agréablement surpris lorsque nous avons découvert notre spacieuse chambre ! Le lit était très confortable, la SDB très propre et fonctionnelle. Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont également très jolies. Un hôtel dans lequel je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is well placed for visiting museums such as the Rijksmuseum (approx 15 mins walk). The hotel room and shower room were stylishly decorated and spacious, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a good choice of food options at the breakfast buffet,
