¡Maravilloso hotel y estancia! Realmente increíble tanto la atención inicial de llegada como la estancia al completo, llena de detalles y un servicio realmente amable y servicial. Hemos comido muy bien en Spring Café y la cena en VanOost ha sido muy top! Esta ubicado en un parque super grande, precioso y muy tranquilo. Y muy bien conectado a cualquier lugar importante de la ciudad. Recomendado 100%

Hotel increíble, situado al lado de un parque, super tranquilo, parece un antiguo palacio. El recibimiento no pudo ser mejor, el personal muy atentos y agradables, te dan mucha información y facilidad para llegar al centro de la ciudad, así como consejos para visitar sus principales atracciones, sus barrios, parques, museos etc. La habitación muy bonita, muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para que tú estancia se convierta en un lujo. El desayuno espectacular!.. Ha sido un viaje muy especial con mi pareja, sin duda volveremos Gracias a todo el equipo! Isabel y Ramón.

過去にも一度宿泊し、今回は2回目の滞在でしたが、私のお気に入りのホテルです。間違いなく、アムステルダムで1番の素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 第一印象として、全てのスタッフの方の対応と、笑顔が素晴らしいです。とても気持ちよく過ごせます。 お部屋は、清潔感溢れていて、特にバスルームは、素晴らしかったです。バスタブでゆっくりお湯に浸かりました。アメニティがディプティックのものなのも嬉しい点で、いい香りに癒されました。 ルームサービスで置いてあるスナックやお酒もどれも一流です。 また、レストランでの食事は、本当に美味しかったです。創作料理はたくさんの工夫がなされていて、見ているだけで面白かったです。 バーでは、とてもいい雰囲気でお酒を飲むことができます。特にデートにピッタリだと思います。 朝食のレストランも、サービスが素晴らしく、お料理は、どれも美味しいです。スムージーが特に気に入りました！ また必ず訪れたいホテルです！ Pillows Hotel のみなさん、本当にありがとう！

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abseits der Innenstadt, das stört aber gar nicht so, weil es gibt ein gute Verbindung mit der Straßenbahn. Das Haus ist schön, das Bett sehr gut, aber die Zimmer relativ klein, in die Dusche kommen wirklich nur sehr dünne Personen. Abendessen in VanOost sehr gut aber für uns war sogar das kleinste Menü zu groß. Abendessen im Spring auch sehr gut. Frühstück leider ohne Büffet, relativ große Portionen, daher kann man nicht viel Probieren. Sehr empfohlen wir vom Hotel, den Concierge zu benutzen, um Abendessen Bootsfahrten etc zu buchen. Bootsfahrt war super, aber leider wurden wir zu einem Lokal namens De Willem geschickt, bei dem wir uns eine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen haben, an der ich am dritten Tag noch immer leide. Solche Essensempfehlungen sollten führsorglicher sein, daher geben ich dem Hotel auch nicht alles Sterne.

Wat een geweldige ervaring. Het ontbreekt je werkelijk aan niets vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt totdat je weggaat. Het begint al bij de valet parking, daarna het uitgebreide ontvangst in de lounge met een lekker glaasje bubbels en uitleg over de verschillende mogelijkheden. Dit was een cadeautje voor mijn vriend zijn verjaardag en ze hebben zelf onze mooie kamer versiert met ballonnen zo leuk. De bedden slapen fantastisch we hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het park. We hebben gedineerd in Spring, wat heerlijk was en 's morgens het meest lekkere ontbijt ooit gehad. Al met al een ervaring die onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen.

Normaliter schrijf ik nooit een review, maar voor dit hotel maak ik graag een uitzondering. Het hotel is ontzettend mooi en in combinatie met het vriendelijke personeel was dit een fantastische ervaring. Er hangt een rustige en informele sfeer, maar je wordt op hoog niveau geholpen en te woord gestaan door het personeel. De kamer was een oase van rust en heel schoon. Het ontbijt en de lunch waren ook fantastisch in de brasserie. Hier kunnen veel hotels nog van leren. Wij komen zeker terug!

Mostly good things to report on the Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel. We were welcomed about 10AM after a flight from the US. The staff realized that our strong preference would be to be given access to our room. After a lovely check-in and conversation in the "lounge", we were given a room. The way they presented it to us, I think they expected us to complain, because they said "if you don't find it acceptable, we can look for something else". Since we were desperate for a room, we accepted the room they showed us to, even though it only had skylights (no view) and was generally small and an awkward layout. As we unpacked, we got a call from the front desk that they had an upgraded room, so we said okay. This had a marginal view but was still very small. Not sure if it was much of an upgrade. Again, looking to unpack and get some rest, we accepted the room. The staff and concierge were wonderful. We also enjoyed the bar, Fitz' Speakeasy (although no food offerings at all), and dinner at the restaurant one of the nights. We were surprised that the lobby lounge didn't have more of a food offering. Coffee/Latte on demand, some chocolates and cookies (that didn't change) were offered, but nothing that seemed "freshly made". Also, although breakfast was included, it was simply one breakfast item off the menu. If you wanted something additional (like bacon or avacado on the side), the restaurant wanted to charge for the full menu (which allows for anything), rather than an additional 4 or 6 euro for that item. It was a little confusing and limiting. So, two main concerns to consider before booking here. The location is absolutely a 20-30 minute walk from anything touristy. That may be great for some, but if you're like most visitors to Amsterdam, you'll be walking for distances or taking the tram (located a block from the hotel) to get to the attractions you want to see. The second, as discussed already is the small size of many rooms. If you need more than 250 sq ft, you should book a suite. Both of those are obvious from their website, so it's not that I was disappointed, but you should be aware.
