波士雞尾酒之家附近的阿姆斯特丹酒店

The good: First and foremost, the staff. All very friendly doing their best to help with any problem that may arise, whether it has to do with your stay at he hotel or not. Good location, close to the museum quarter, five minutes' walk to the tram station that goes to Dam square and the train station, in a quiet residential street. OK: Rooms are very small and compact, but that seems to be the general situation in Amsterdam, and if you're out all day seeing the sights then it's not a deal breaker. The bad: Housekeeping needs to get their act together. Checked in, went up to the room, entered the bathroom and was greeted by a very strong smell of mildew or something similar. Fortunately I was immediately given another room without any argument. Went up to the room, entered the bathroom, and noticed that one of the overhead lamps was not working. Took a shower and found that there's a drainage problem with the water draining so slowly that I had to shut the water flow so as not to have water overflowing onto the floor. Nothing tragic, and it was all fixed the next day, but one would think that the job of housekeeping is to take care of these problems BEFORE the guest checks in, not after.

阿姆斯特丹整體房價較貴，沒辦法衹能選一個離地鐵近但是離市區遠一點的酒店。這家酒店環境不錯，房間也比較大。出門就有Aldi 超市，買買水果酸奶等方便。走到地鐵10 分鐘，走到公交為2號線也8分鐘吧。但是這裏都沒有人工售票處，需要先下載一個GVB app ,手機上購票。這個需要操練一下的。這裏明顯是居民區，沒有市區的吵鬧和嘈雜。看懂了地圖換乘也算方便， 就是每次出門3.4 歐很貴

我們預訂了一間舒適的房間,這是我們得到的,不是很大,但足夠大,滿足我們的需求。房間也很乾淨,裝飾精美。我們能夠提前入住我們的房間,我們在二樓有一個面向裏傑克斯博物館的房間。這意味着我們也正面臨着建築工地的問題。起初這是一個擔憂,但現實地講,他們直到凌晨10點才開始工作,我們還是醒着了。酒店在博物館區,所以靠近許多偉大的博物館,離馮德爾公園也很近,這是一個美麗的地方,也是騎出租自行車的好地方。它位於阿姆斯特丹中部的頂端,所有的東西都在步行距離內,包括許多咖啡館和餐館。酒店工作人員都很友好,一個不錯的清潔工幫助我們工作空調。如果我回到美麗的阿姆斯特丹,我肯定會再次入住這家酒店。另外,對於任何好奇的人來說,自來水是可愛的。我們每天都在冒險之前裝瓶。

I spent 4 nights here and I couldn't have been happier! The rooms were comfortable, the toilets and showers were always clean and the staff were brilliant. Alex especially! I love the fact that there were different activities to do every evening which gave you a great chance of meeting people who you otherwise might not have. I have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to come back again! Thanks all for helping me have a brilliant time in Amsterdam! -Adam

Camera angusta, con pavimento e lenzuola sporche con macchie di dubbia provenienza. Water che perdeva acqua e doccia con sifone intasato. Odori nefandi nel corrodoio. A leggere altre recensioni la mia camera era una reggia. Ho girato tutti i continenti. Ho vissuto un anno in Europa dell'est. Non pensavo certo di ritrovare il terzo mondo in questo hotel. Contro ogni tipo di norma igienica.

設施：一間全女生青旅十個人，上下鋪，吹風機要到前台借，一間廁所一件浴室，廁所的洗手枱下水很慢，衞生一般，有一個放東西的櫃子，但也不給你鎖，要你自己帶或者買。 我住的那一間在我走那天，有個韓國中年女性，説自己的護照錢包都丟了要和我轉賬讓我幫她在ATM取錢，我不會操作就沒弄，結果在走廊又説讓我給她五歐買飯吃，我沒反應過來給了，她拿了錢頭也不回地走了。我也不知道她是不是真的丟了東西沒錢吃飯。如果這樣的話她前兩天在酒店是怎麼過的？天天找人要錢？如果你的房間有個韓國人，別和她搭話，不知道是不是騙子🤥別以為都在一個大洲國家很近就卸下防備心，壞人真多。

We stayed with a Rick Steve's tour group. This company is clear to advise you that you will be staying in moderate European hotels on their tours, meaning they may have limited or no air conditioning, may have street noise, may be small, etc. This hotel had all of these drawbacks. Again, this was as advertised to us but something other U.S. travelers may want to know as the standards are very different. The unadvertised problem with this hotel is that it is dirty. We had two rooms, both of which were sloppy or sticky when we arrived and got no better with housekeeping. Both rooms had dirty linens, to the point of being stained; full of hair and other flotsam; and smelling bad in one of the rooms. I actually tied a pajama top around my pillow hoping to lessen the smell of it. They were working on housekeeping throughout our stay so I don't know where the disconnect was. We don't normally stay at hotels at this classification but it's a part of the tour culture for this company. We have been on several tours with them previously so knew what to expect and how to adjust our expectations. We tried to roll with this place hoping it would just make for a funny story but ultimately could not tolerate it; we checked out early and paid for another hotel. I don't think I've posted a hotel review in a decade, that's how unpleasant it was. There are plenty of other poor reviews here, including from other people on Rick Steve's tours so it's not a one off. I'll be sharing my unhappiness with the company in the hopes they change hotels. I understand they have a long relationship with them but we are too far past COVID restrictions for this to be tolerated. If you aren't with a tour group there is no reason to stay here. On the positive side it is very centrally located and the staff were okay. Relative to some other hotels in this category we stayed at it was modern. It just isn't clean.

我和我的搭檔在阿姆斯特丹呆了一個週末,Zaan酒店是我們旅行的理想選擇。酒店對面的火車站有頻繁的快速火車,一直運行到凌晨,直達阿姆斯特丹中部。它作爲進出城鎮和回來享受一個體面的夜晚的完美基地。淋浴很好,房間和接待區裝修很好,總體來說,這是一次非常舒適和方便的住宿。退房後,我還在酒店留下了一件昂貴又感傷的夾克,工作人員非常樂於助人,爲我返回英國非常高效。還有安全的停車場,步行1分鐘的超市和購物中心。我強烈推薦,並會再次入住!
