Zimmer sehr geräumig, badezimmer sehr sauber. bett bequem. jalousien verdunkeln super. personal nett! zimmer richtung straße nicht empfehlenswert ❗️ist wirklich sehr laut! es gibt auch zimmer in die fußgängerzone. wenn man einen leichten schlaf hat dann definitiv dieE wählen.

Sono stato solo una notte, ma l'ho trovato accogliente. Le camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione limitata nella scelta ma di buona qualità. Ho anche cenato al ristorante dell'hotel che ho trovato molto buono, con dei piatti ben presentati. Prezzi onesti e allineati alla zona. La cucina del ristorante dell'hotel è aperta fino alle 21:00 (così ci hanno detto in reception), cosa rara in Austria

hatten ein package mit 2maliger Übernachtung, einem einzigartigen, mehrgängigen und köstlichen Abendessen (großartiges Service durch Frau Alexandra!), 2mal sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet (auch sehr nettes Service). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit einem geräumigen schönen Badezimmer. Unser Resümee: sehr gut geführtes Hotel in zentraler Lage (Parkplatz 2min entfernt) und einwandfreiem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder, da die Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet!!!!!!

Wir waren beim Brunch im Hotel ohne Übernachtung. Brunch setzt sich zusammen aus Breakfast und Lunch. Vom Frühstück wurde allerdings gar nichts geboten. Der besagte Brunch ist also nur ein Mittagsbuffet. Essen war grundsätzlich gut und das Service war sehr freundlich. Salatauswahl war etwas klein und für die Vorspeisen wurden Plastikbehälter verwendet (nicht sehr nachhaltig) Für ein Mittagsbuffet ohne Getränke ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach überteuert.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung/Very friendly staff. We had made a mess of things and booket our room on the wrong day, but they helped us out and fixed everything, in a very smooyh and professionsal way. We warmly rekommandert the hotrl. The town is also very Nice.

This is the best hotel in Amstetten. Room was big,clean and comfortable. Nice and accommodating staff at front desk. The only complaint I have is regarding breakfast: Never ready on time at 6.30, but staff drinking tea and getting food in front of guests whom sitting and waiting to many of food items to be presentedso they can start to eat. Lack of speaking english.Some basic knowledge would go long way. Atmosphere (customer service),the older female staff never smile,never greet and the unpleasant screaming at you when you do not understand german is neither helpful or nice. Cleanliness (buffet and tables) This year you have lovely gentelman working at the restaurant; he is at completely different level, real proffesional and exellent in service, Maybe you should let him train rest of the staff?
