伊爾索格諾住宿加早餐酒店(B&B Il Sogno)

Minha estadia foi perfeito! O b&b fica numa casa antiga, muito charmosa, com um jardim lindo… o acesso com ônibus é muito fácil. Os quartos são no segundo andar, com vista pro mar; o nosso era espaçoso, cama confortável, frigobar livre, banheiro espaçoso e amenities boas; só o espaço do chuveiro que é pequeno. O atendimento de todos foi excelente. O café da manhã foi inesquecível… mesas no jardim, suco e cafés feitos na hora, assim como os ovos! O sr que nos atendeu foi de uma gentileza ímpar. Pôde-se usar a piscina de um hotel próximo mas não pudemos por conta do tempo ruim. Recomendo muito a hospedagem.

The service was outstanding, the room was beautiful and amazing views. Great breakfast and very helpful with everything. Would recommend to stay here. Easy access to annacapri, just 2 minutes walk to the bus.

Je suis déçue de l'expérience que j'ai eu l'année passée lors d'un voyage qui a été réservé sur ******* pour cet hébergement. En effet, j'avais posé une question à l'interlocuteur d'******* et celui-ci a été en contact avec l'hôte de l'hébergement concernant ma question. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il s'est passé mais l'hôte avait annulé notre hébergement sans raison et nous n'avons jamais eu de confirmation de la part de personne, ni de l'hôte ni d'*******. Quand nous sommes arrivés sur le lieu de notre réservation B&B Il Sogno, l'hôte (Claudio) nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de place et qu'il n'allais pas nous rembourser prétextant que nous avions soi-disant annulé notre réservation alors que nous l'avions conservée (preuve par e-mail). Tout cela a donné lieu à une violente dispute car l'hôte nous a manqué de respect et nous a très mal accueilli a été par dessus tout, très agressif envers nous alors que nous avions payé et tout organisé de notre côté. De plus, l'hôte ne voulais pas nous rendre notre argent de la réservation.

Mi è piaciuto tutto di più non si può volere….,pulito , posizione perfetta , colazione buonissima ma soprattutto complimenti per il Cappuccino buonissimo. ringrazio Claudio X la sua disponibilità☺️, tornerò sicuramente ☺️

a pochi passi dalla piazzetta di anacapri ben collegato al corso principale ed allo stazionamento dei bus il bb è stata davvero una meravigliosa scoperta Struttura pulita accogliente vista fantastica colazione variegata con prodotti freschi, torte handmade della tradizione, cappuccini buonissimi Claudio è un perfetto padrone di casa cordiale gentile sempre disponibile un vero gentleman di altri tempi una nota di merito va anche alla sua assistente Tamara impeccabile e sempre sul pezzo! Da ritornaci!

Todo muy lindo, Tamara nos atendió muy bien excelente atención y servicio! Y sobre todo amable, el lugar es precioso nos encantó!

So much to recommend this delightful oasis in Anacapri! I know it’s a cliché to say we were treated like family, but we really felt so much care and affection from the moment we arrived, a bit frazzled and out of sorts, that we were really made to feel part of the famiglia! The owner, Claudio, and manager, Tamara, know how to treat guests with warmth and hospitality, and to indulge guests with everything they might want or need. Breakfast was outstanding, freshly made omelets(!) and all of the best local fruits, meats, cheeses and breads that you could possibly want. And of course beautifully made cappuccinos. Having breakfast each morning in the lovely, tree-filled garden was the perfect way to start our days. Tamara and Claudio had great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. There is plenty to do in Anacapri itself, and transportation to Capri and some beautiful beaches is just a short walk away. The location is fantastic, just off the main square, but down a quiet street that feels like another world. The room was gorgeous with everything you need, including a shower and a tub in the bathroom. Bed and linens were luxe, and the A/C cool. The terrace with a view was breathtaking, and we watched the sunset from there each night with our aperitivo. Of all the places we stayed in Italy, B&B Il Sogno really lived up to its name. Just a phenomenal experience. During your stay here you will feel like you are living the luxurious life of Capri!
