BLACK SLUDGE & ANT INFESTATION!
I highly urge anyone considering to stay at this hotel to find another option.
My sister and I stayed for one night and it was awful. We first checked in to a room on the second floor. My sister used the bathroom once and when she flushed the toilet the sink regurgitated black sludge and nearly overflowed. It smelled disgusting so we told the front desk. They said “oh yeah” and moved us to a new room on the third floor. We tried to be optimistic and hope for the best. It seemed better at first until we noticed thousands of ants infesting the room all along the edge of the walls and into the bathroom. When we notified the front desk they offered us a business card for the manager who never replied to our input that the rooms should be properly cleaned and plumbing fixed. No one from this hotel offered any solutions and honestly the whole experience was just awful! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bed was rock hard, the pillows were bricks, toilet very low. And **********s in the tub. And on the last night all we heard was banging. The tub was terrible I thought I was going to fall. Hard to get in and out because it was too high.

el hotel, la ubicacion, limpieza esta excelente y esta de acuerdo al costo, lo que esta decepcionante es el trato de los recepcionistas del hotel, tienen un pesimo caracter, te ven como si te hicieran un favor y el favor se los hago yo al darles trabajo y ellos ven esa parte para ellos humillante atender latinos, por ser ellos anglosajones, me tocaron 2 personas masculinos uno joven y el otro mayor, ni siquieran levantaron la vista de su computadora, y una mujer igual de pedante, pobres precepcionistas que estan trabajando en algo que no les gusta, deberian tener personal con actitud de servicio, como me tocado en phonix o tucson, con anglosajones muy atentos, educados y amables

O hotel proximo ao parque. Proximo as lojas. Conforto muito bom. O cafe da manhã é bem simples. Porem nas ultimas duas fazia um barulho no quarto, impendido dormir.
