索勒酒店阿納海姆(Del Sol Inn Anaheim)

We stayed at this property for five days, and my older child was staying in another room. All was well until the parking situation. We were told we had complete access to our vehicle 24 hours a day, we were also told we had to turn our keys in when the parking was full. The morning we were checking out, our car was blocked in by several vehicles. We went to the front office to ask them to move the vehicles, the employee on duty said they had no access keys and that we had to wait until 6am for another employee to come in to move the cars. We needed the car because we had to drive to Los Angeles, drop off the rental car, and get to the airport to catch our flight. We had plans to leave the hotel at 5am. This was unacceptable, and unprofessional for people who are traveling and need access to their vehicle, this also seems like it would be dangerous in case of an emergency. We will not being staying here again.

Esta muy comoda y bien equipada. Ideal para cuando vas a Disney, parking tiene costo de 28dlls mas barato que el parque de Disney.

The door underneath had about 1 inch opening Wi-Fi would freeze constantly and cable tv wasn’t working very well.

Super ubicacion, buen descanso y limpio

Hotel was nice and clean. 4 Stars due to the no change of sheets policy; no elevator and parking very tight and only one car allowed ($28 per day). The best thing about this hotel is LOCATION!! You are right across the street from the entrance to Disneyland

Everything was pretty good for the price. Convenient location. Just wish there were some towel bars or hooks in the bathroom.
