我的機器不工作

Estubimos 5 días y la estadía estubo muy agusto cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes además muy cerquita de Disneylandia tanto que se apreciaban los juegos pirotécnicos, en general muy bien solo me gustaría que variaran el desayuno. En una próxima visita si me quedaría hay nuevamente

Nos alojamos para visitar Disneyland, la estancia fue placentera el desayuno estuvo muy rico y la atención de todo el personal es excelente. Super recomendable

Hotel needs serious work. The first room they put us in smelled like mold and there was a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Switched us to another room, phone was broken, blankets had cigarette holes in them and what looked like blood stains. There was NO parking and when we tried to call the front desk no one would answer for quite a while. Breakfast was fine but the staff wasnt friendly or helpful. Not a great experience.

The front staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with the waffle makers, juice, cereal, and eggs. The room was spacious and clean. However, it is an older building with thin walls. We could hear cars, people and water when toilets were flushed or showers were used. (We were on floor two) the fabric on the sofa bed was stained in places it was not comfortable. However, it’s close to Disney and the price was good.

Excelente trato, instalaciones, ingles y español las 24 hrs, muy limpio y comodo. Como recomendación creo podrían agregar: 1.- En el comedor, una salsa, ketchup. 2.- Considerar traslado de cortesia a los parques de Disney, esta cerca, creo eso le daria un plus al hotel.

We got in early and the day counter person was not friendly at all. When we went back to check in the afternoon counter person was way more friendly. The second day we asked for clean towels and the day time counter person looked at me and said” didn’t you just check in yesterday?” It shouldn’t matter considering there was a pamphlet in the room stating if you needed more towels to just ask! Our room was only cleaned once. I also had to go to the front desk again to ask for more towels and garbage bags, which they gave without question. I went to school for hotel/restaurant management and the whole crew should be polite and courteous to all of their guests. Rooms should be cleaned and stocked daily! I spent a lot of money to stay at your establishment!

Sheets seemed dirty , upon arrival didn’t have water, very dirty under the bed, ripped blackout. I would recommend to pay a little extra so you feel like you are in a clean place.
