梅因蓋特艾登洛克套房賓館(Eden Roc Inn & Suites Near the Maingate)

Check in was smooth with very kind individuals at the front desk. The bathroom was not completely clean but the bed was comfy. No large complaints, pretty good value for the cost.

El hotel y la habitación están bien y cumplen. Buena relación precio-calidad. Muy buena ubicación, solo 15 minutos a pie hacia los parques. El servicio dejó que desear, aunque me prometieron limpieza a fondo de la habitación por la cantidad de días de estadía, esta nunca se realizó, solo una vez limpiaron el baño y dos veces retiraron basura.

Hotel bem localizado. Caminhada de uns 20 minutos até início do parque da Disney. Internet não funcionava, mesmo após reclamarmos.

The floor was so dirty my kids feet were black after 5 mins walking on it . Bathroom walls and baseboards were dirty. The view was a wall of another building with old broken parts everywhere. Not worth the money i paid at all.

つくりは普通のモーテルですが、新しめなのと、絨毯じゃなくてフローリングだったのが良かったです。総じて清潔感がありました。

Hotel cómodo, limpio, seguro y cerca de Disney

There was a roach,(they cleaned it up). The shower head was spilling water to the ceiling (it was fixed) the light in the bathroom wasn't working and had to use our phone light to use it.

I got excited when I booked this hotel. I was expecting same experience from Eden roc in Miami. But this hotel did not give us a nice and comfortable experience. First the room that was given to us appears to be a spare room with a moldy smells. We just used all the coffee pods to minimize the smell. The worst part is the sink is clogged and not just that there's dirt coming out from the sink. Every morning when we woke up theres dirt all over the sink and some coming out from the bathroom floor too. The housekeeping is every other day and out trash is over flowing cause their cans are very small there's only one can in the room and one in the bathroom. We have to ask for trash bags to keep our room clean. Otherwise the location is accessible and a quite walk to Disneyland.
