阿納海姆度假村/會議中心萬豪居家酒店(Residence Inn by Marriott at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center)

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Good location

歩道渡ってすぐにセブンイレブンがあるし、隣にスーパーもある。 何もかもが便利で都合が良すぎる。 9時ぐらいに着いても荷物は無料で預かってくれる。 朝食もヨーグルトやミッキー型のパンケーキマシン、シリアルや、パン、コーヒーなどもこれで無料でいいんですか？と思えるくらい。 部屋も綺麗で、清潔感満載。 ディズニーランドからホテルまでは行きも帰りも思い出話をしてたらいつのまにか着きます。 ディズニーホテルに泊まりたくて、今回は一泊しかしていないですが、ぜひまた泊まらせていただきたいです。

They only clean rooms every other day and we didn’t even get that. When I asked front desk staff why no one was cleaning our room they had no answer for me and just offered some towels. 4 people, 2 of which are young kids, in a tiny room for a week and only cleaned once, not okay

10日間滞在しましたが、とても快適でした！朝のビュッフェは毎日ほぼ同じ内容でしたが、部屋にはkitchenがついていたので、持ち帰って自分でアレンジしたり、近くのCVSやTargetで買い物をして料理をすることができ、5歳の子連れでも食に困ること無く過ごせました。部屋も清潔で、ハウスキーピングは2日に１回のペースで丁度良かったです。シャワーヘッドが固定なのは不便でしたが、その他は全て○でした。プールも開放的で、ジャグジーも大きいのでものんびり出来ました。

Mejorar servicio al cliente. Limpieza muy bien. Mejorar las instrucciones de horario de comidas. Debe aumentar el horario de desayuno a al menos 3 horas entre semana. El cobro del estacionamiento debe indic**** claramente al momento de la reservacion.

Excelente ubicacion y limpieza de la habitacion. El personal de recepcion poco accesible, negados hablar español. (Y si hablablan) . No dan la informacion clara. El costo de estacionamiento excesivo,,28 dlls por carro por noche,.
