不親切的櫃檯服務。 第二天交代櫃檯需補洗髮精、沐浴乳及每日更換床單、被套及枕套，晚間返回發現洗髮精沐浴乳皆未補，第三天告知櫃檯此事，櫃檯道歉承諾會補，結果仍舊未補，第四天房間完全沒打掃，櫃檯解釋：需主動向櫃檯要求才會打掃。事實上第二天即已交代櫃檯。 Thank you for making this birthday trip an unforgettable one.

Check out 之後仲可以泊車泊到10pm，非常方便

步行約15分鐘即可到達迪士尼，交通便利。房間非常乾淨寬敞！我也很欣賞移動式淋浴噴頭。不過腳步聲很大，無論是從樓上還是隔壁房間傳來。雖然很累，睡得很好，但沒問題，但因為離迪士尼很近，小孩很多，緊張的話要小心！

We stayed in room 101, very clean and quiet! Even though the 5fwy is right next to the hotel it’s really no issue. Definitely our place when coming back to visit Disneyland but the walk is probably about 15min to the parks so just drive pay for parking or do the walk.

The place smelled excellent and staff was very friendly. The hotel was also quite quiet. It’s less than a mile to walk to and from the parks but we ubered and it was quick and convenient. The only real meh was the shower got water a lot bit all over because it only has a half wall. But wonderful facility. Would stay there again! Also easy walk to Cheesecake Factory and the Garden Walk.

Absolutely one of the best values of all time. Got a great, spacious room for a great deal. Beds were comfortable and got maid service daily. Short walk to Disneyland a nice shopping/dining area across the street. Staff were super nice. We didn't try the dining or bar in the hotel. But like the fact that the mini-mart is open 24 hours!

The room was spacious and good location but the room was very dirty. We had a folded towel with dried blood stains and hair strands in our shower when we checked in. The cleanliness of the room was very concerning because it made me wonder in the housekeeping just refolded used towels and didn’t even try to clean anything other than surface level cleaning. Really disappointed because the location and front desk staff were great!

Not a bad stay, location is the key factor for this hotel, right near Disney, short walk which was great. Beds are definitely not queen in the rooms with two queen beds, they are quite firm as well. Staff were mediocre, most didn't seem to want to be there, or you were bothering them. Water pressure in shower was quiet poor

The location is close to the Parks. Walking distance. It felt cozy, safe and clean. The morning was a little too noisy due to other guests but also the cleaning crew was a little too noisy while cleaning the room next door. Overall I liked it and it’s one of the nicer hotels in the area. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel! I stayed there before and never thought about staying anywhere else when I booked another Disney vacation. Only inconvenience was shampoo bottle was empty and would be nice ti get more than 3 regular coffee pods per day. But wil definitely stay there again!

Staff was very nice and rooms were clean. It is a 15 min walk to Disney and about $16 for a taxi. My only disappointment was the 2 EV chargers did not work. Which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

I booked the studio suite for our trip to Disneyland. The location was perfect to walk to and from Disneyland and downtown Disney. The room was so nice and made our stay so comfortable after our long day at Disneyland. I will definitely be booking again!
