森林山村度假屋(Forest Hill Resorts Laripora)

The property in not in the middle of the market and you may need a full time car to drive around. However it is not very far from the main Pahalgam market and taxi stand. The hotel seems to be renovated and the rooms were in a good shape. They have limited options in breakfast and dinner as they have buffet for the same. However, the food was good and they kept serving as and when the items were getting over. The staff was ok and were always quite. They were always available when called and gave a quick service. The property does not have a lift and one has to climb a few stairs. if staying on level 1 or 2. The staff was prompt to handle the luggage at the time of check in and check out. The property had a good view and a small garden area where you can have your team/coffee in the morning to enjoy the view. Overall it was a decent stay.

The location is good..food is tasty.....staff very good ....overall good property. Only issue is the room description...they only have few rooms .. mountain facing..but they promote and share pics of hotel saying mountain view rooms..which is a bluff...you will not get wat u see on website....unless u r lucky enough. We were not that lucky and were fooled by the hoteliers. They said we give first come first serve basis...but that is also a big lie. Rooms are toooo small....forget about extra bed addition...u hardly get space to move in the room in few rooms like 203 .... So don't go there with much expectations in terms of room and view from the room...else it's food..staff is good.

One of the greatest places to live, homely and excellent food and service. Especially, Adib bhai was a great host and eventually became more like a friend, helping us out with our itinerary. Will definitely be back again and recommend it to friends and family.

This is a quaint hotel tucked away from the crowded area of Pahalgam and probably has the best views of snow clad mountains, both at the front and at the back. The rooms are neat, clean and cosy and are provided with a heating blanket and room heater. The staff, especially Fridaus is very receptive and super helpful. The food quality is amazing with a mix of delectable vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes being served. The housekeeping too is top notch. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Good hospitality, the persons were awesome, the stay was cozy, the ***ager was extremely friendly. Definitely a must recommend if you are visiting with your family/friends. The place is very near to the main Pahalgam market, so that adds value!

Beautiful hotel with great view and amneties from room. But their ***agement is unprofessional. Weve booked valley view front rooms. First they tried to give us two rooms in a underconstruction building. But we protested hard. Then they changed our rooms and gave us good rooms. I wanted room heater on they said its only for winter. But when a large group checked in hotel and wanted room heater they started it. Totally unprofessional. Good food,but im not sure it wouldhave been if that large group was not there.

The hotel is located in a very picturesque place...surrounded by mountains and lush greenery. The hotel has a very rustic feel to it and the rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff are very courteous . Food was excellent , fresh and hot. We had a wonderful time here. The only improvement would be to have heaters on de***d during non-winter months as the weather can get unpredictable even during summers especially during rains. Though there are electric blankets, it was cold when out of bed :).....its quite understandable that the room heaters are available only during peak winters...but some arrangements during summer would be welcome. Overall a memorable stay and would recommend Forest Hill to anyone travelling to Pahalgam !
