Staybridge Suites 停泊(Staybridge Suites Anchorage)

The spacious room was excellent. The room had plates and silverware and cooking utensils so that you could cook your own if you decided to do. The staff was responsive to my concerns and complaints which included an oversight on room preparation for checking in. Everything functioned in the room as designed. All plumbing and lights worked. Shower needs a restriction device to reduce pressure. Very good breakfast bar with excellent coffee and a changing variety of items. There is no in room summary of the amenities that showed the availability or location of events. I was directed to the website for information. Website online was broad brush and not specific. Could use a one page sheet of information. I return to Anchorage every few months.

Overall I was not pleased with our stay. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner dispenser was empty in the shower. The T.V. picture kept going in and out. The hot tub jets didn’t work. There was a hair on the toilet upon arriving.

Beautiful place. Plenty of public spaces to sit in. The room (one bedroom suite) was large and amazing and comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast was extensive. Best experience in a long time. Better than most "luxury" chains.

Fantastic in every way! Very friendly, beautiful decorated and furnished room, a/c was strong and very cold (we like it cold). Room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Breakfast set up was top notch! Breakfast area was neat and clean and food was delicious!

A very good hotel,clean an friendly staff.

Felt just like home but with access to great amenities like a really clean and well kept swimming pool
