I just experienced that were so very tired and im with my toddler and my husband with full of things on his hand and our room in on 4th floor and they gave us a key and we just got in room and there some people on the room and we need to go back downstairs to tell it and gave us 3free drink and on our new room we cant sleep properly because theres a lot of banging sound.

We booked a single night , checking in we informed the front desk we will be adding a second ( flew to anchorage for medical emergency we live on tribal lands in the bush ) ( we booked a second night same room with in 1 hour of checking in , cost was $400.00 a night ) The next day after checking in we go out to run errands, come back to the room all luggage has been packed , taken to stowage room ,and a $60.00 pizza dinner we order and placed in frig in the room was eaten by the cleaning staff ( we live on tribal lands no roads in or out ,600 people here ,no stores , eating our dinner was a big deal ,it is treat for us , only food out here we have to kill it or catch or by airplane ) I spent hour at the hotel front desk before they realize there mistake and for our dinner they offer a can of coke and bag of chip , never apologize. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Since the beds were double, not queens as advertised, I requested a cot but was told they could not provide one because of "fire code". I have never had this issue at other hotels. Later, I requested an additional towel because they only provided three for the four of us. They told us to come get it at the front office instead of delivering it to our room (like most nice hotels do). I paid over $400 for the room for one night. The surrounding area is noisy with lots of sirens and blaring horns. Be careful of the parking lot and adjacent properties since it's full of homeless people.

Paid using my points for one night and paid online for the other 2 nights, but had to recheck in, in the morning after being on a plane all day. Found a bug in my shower. Super small room. Also did not enjoy the staff member banging on my door claiming we were being too loud after I thought my husband had lost our only card we brought on our trip so I was stressing out since we were 3,000 miles away from home. (The ‘arguing’ only lasted 2 mins and there was not enough time for someone to ‘complain’ like they had claimed) Also, our neighbor on the last night kept us up all night and no one said anything.

This hotel was a very nice place to stop for the night. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean, no noise. Wished they offered yogurt in their little store but all in all very nice. The shuttle service was very good. All in all give it 4.5 stars. Took off for small bathroom. But shower was good!

By elevator, loud room next door at 3 am, no wi-fi. Tiny rooms. No discount.

Staff was very helpful. Property need an update and makeover. Convenient to the airport but not the downtown area
