艾普泰爾公寓式酒店(Aptel Studio Hotel)

Good hotel with two problems. The WiFi was working VERY slowly when we arrived and they couldn't fix it. The next morning around 8:00 AM it started working well at full speed. The other issue was that although there was a small kitchen with a refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop and microwave, there were no utensils of any kind (dishes, silverware, pots) so the facilities were mostly useless.

It was a surprise and disappointing to find a empty kitchenette no cookware, silverware, dishes, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, toaster etc. We stayed in the studio for for convenience of making breakfast and meals and were not able to do that. You have to go to front desk and ask for items. The hotel is located next to an abandoned mall and in line with the municipal airport planes fly directly over hotel to take off and land.

The rooms were lovely, modern and clean We especially loved being able to use a kitchen with two children. We ad an issue with the door passes not working but this was finally resolved. I would definitely stay here again when viditing Anchorage.

Even though tub had a non-slip surface my 86 yr old father felt it was still slick and worried when he showered. Otherwise this hotel met our need well!

Staff was great. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bed is firm if you like that. The pillows were not great but I am picky. I will try to stay there when in Anchorage.

Close to the airport and very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Me, husband and kids had the much needed rest after a long flight to Anchorage.

This was a no frills hotel, but it served our purpose and we had no problems with the room or the area. We'll consider staying here again to save money.

I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.
