一般來說很糟糕。我不推薦給任何人

走進去，站在前台，而代表坐在後面的 FaceTime 上歇斯底里地笑了近 10 分鐘，然後我敲響了百葉窗，因為人們辦理入住時百葉窗半關著。房間很不錯。沒什麼特別的。肯定不值得我們付出的代價。一般的飯店，員工很差勁。

這家旅館位置很好，但很吵，鑰匙壞了，他們說他們不尊重*******的預訂，所以我不得不支付全額。床很弱，恆溫器不起作用，2點後辦公桌就關閉了，所以當我們的鑰匙弄亂時，我們不得不等待幾個小時才能進入。我永遠不會再去那裡

I usually don’t judge by rating, but this property is 2 stars for a reason. You receive the most minimal of the basics, sufficient if you need to stay for 1/2 days. But also inconvenient; under staffed, low customer service, amenities not in room (iron, no trash can, blow dryer), over filled trash cans out front, low quality appliances (fridge not cold). Again, get what you pay for.

To whom it may concern The rooms are clean and cozy However the Beds are Very Very Uncomfortable, which no Box Springs it feels like your sleeping on a Metal Spring, which my And my Lady back was Killing us in the middle of the night, being able to Sleep and being Comfortable is Everything she literally had to massage me and I had to massage her the next day. Smh. Cheap Mattresses. Also the Parking lot is so tight but I guess since it's so small there is nothing you can do about that, it just looks dangerous in the back when we got there at night from our affair. Besides that the hotel is very clean the staff was professional but this hotel needs to invest in real beds

Loved the place but the staff banned us from ever coming back saying my girl put a rock to hold the door open and every night we came back to our room somebody had a rock holding the door while they smoked and nothing ever happened to them peoples

I am outside with my 3 years old sleeping daughter and with my elderly mom. Noone open the door. No one is on front desk. I can not access and do check in. I am outside midnight!!!. I try to call 5 times to hotel customer service, noone responded. I called to ******* customer service, which was horrible experians. I spend 40 minutes to explain situation and they even not say sorry about it. I asked yo contact to the manager few times and they just did not do anything.

Checked in at 9pm and the room wasn’t ready, had to wait half an hour. No curtains on the window. Only a thin sheet on the beds. No cups for water. Beds made a ton of noise with the slightest movement. No hand towels in the bathroom. Overall a terrible experience.
