The room that we stayed in was clean, found some hair in the bathtub. The bed were comfortable and the room was quiet. Safeway just right across very convenient, restaurants next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, pancakes machine is not working but no sign to tell you if it work or not. Shower pressure is strong, hot and cold water we’re working well. The amenities in the bathroom not refilled. Body wash bottle was empty but they provided bar soap.

Booked 2 nights here last minute to visit the Lassen National Park. Pro: Convenient location Nearby Safeway Room is quiet Mini fridge in the room Affordable in the area Free breakfast (though I didn’t have any) Con: Hotel is dated Bed sheets are scratchy to the skin Room floor is dusty Sink and toilet separated

Key card wouldn’t work, every time we left, had to have it programmed again. Toilet ran, had to jiggle handle, no Kleenex and when I asked for some, they were all out. One plus, the Mexican restaurant next door was amazing.

Stay away from this hotel! They gave us a room that was obviously used by another guest and was not cleaned by housekeepers. So obvious that the bedding and pillows were undone and had brown stains on them. So nasty and unhygienic. We complained to the manager and had us moved to a different room that was in the exact same condition with strains of hair all over the bed and pillows. We complained the second time and the manager was not willing to move us again or change the bedding because he said there are no housekeepers. Really no words for how disappointing and disgusted on the room condition and the unwillingness of the manager to give us at least clean bedding. This was around midnight and we had no other choice but to ask for beddings and pillow cases and changed them myself with the help of another staff. Also, while I was complaining at the fromt desk, there were 3 other guests that had their rooms in the same conditions as ours. So save yourselves headache and disappointments and book a different hotel!

Toilet was so low hard to get down, toiletries for one person, people were filling large ice chests with ice. Very noisy, from outside and from above. Towels were horrible, so thin.Awful area, truck stop across street, nothing else around.Stay here if you have to but but paint coming off walls, run down. Find another place most BW are super for the price this one is bad.

Safeway with a Starbucks and Safeway gas across street Mexican food next door Freeway access and best of all close to my KIDS

Nice enough property for a quick layover but the bathroom smelt of urine and the powder room had a sick sweet smell. The tiles in the bathroom were basically floating on water, and made a squishing sound when walked on. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Great breakfast and kept clean and tidy at all times. Friendly, helpful staff, nice grounds, and great location near freeway and grocery store and restaurants. Will definitely visit again.
