Iro Suites

Le cadre est idéal, entre mer et montagne. Tranquillité garantie. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique, copieux et varié préparé avec soin par le propriétaire (à goûter les "French toasts absolument délicieux). Les appartements sont spacieux et très propres. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est un régal et bien entretenue. Cependant, il faut prévoir un moyen de locomotion (voiture à louer au port de Gavrio) car le logement est un peu excentré, mais bon peut se rendre à Chora à pied (1 km de marche par un chemin qui longe les maisons). Mais la voiture est nécessaire si l'on souhaite faire quelques excusions.

Excellent stay with my girlfriend for 6 days. Excellent people, next to you for everything you need. A few steps away from the 5 stars. We would love to see something traditional in the breakfast area, bigger menu at the poolbar. Poolbar menu seriously Overpriced. Amazing place to stay and relax. A lot of suggestikns regarding what to do around the island from Iro and Anna. We will be back for sure.

Iro suites is a simple “guest house” that is very clean and well located in Chora. I stayed with two other adults and two children (8+12) in a family suite Location- The location is a little remote for walking to Chora town on a daily basis. I would estimate 10-15 mins fast paced. Up and down a single road. By car takes a maximum of 5 mins. Taxis can be booked. I had a rental car. Lovely scenery from the apartment, breakfast and pool area. There is a couple of shops and petrol station 10 mins walk away for drinks/snacks (not restaurants). The Family Suite- Consisted of two levels. On ground was a kitchenette (kettle and small inbuilt stove with a sink), a 1.5 single bed, balcony with two chairs and a table, a bathroom which was small but more than enough and a double bedroom which has more than enough hanging space. Rooms are cleaned daily and provided with a bath and body towel for each guest daily. Upstairs - it is a loft where you MUST crouch down or bang your head. This overlooks the ground area. My kids loved it up here but not good for kids that like climbing or under 7 years old. Thin/steep stairs lead to this bedroom and can be tricky for adults that are not stable! Dressing tables and more hanging space. Outside the room is a garden table with four chairs. I think all rooms have this. Breakfast- Every day was a slight change. Mostly eggs in different ways, coffee, tea, orange juice, watermelon, French toast, breads, turkey and cheese slices, cornflakes, jam and honey etc. we all enjoyed our breakfast which is served from 8.30-10.30am. Staff were super accommodating when asking for things like a plain omelette. The coffee was quite weak but everything else was great. Staff/hotel/pool etc. We booked this place upon a recommendation from a friend and got massive points from us for the pool. But we didn’t use it once as we were always out. The pool is a very good size and not that busy (at most 3-4 people using the pool area). The owners are Iro and Dino. They are super nice, extremely friendly and accommodating, I couldn’t of asked for anything more. They were great. Their daughter helps out in the mornings and is always smiling! The entire place was very clean. Would definitely go back again. Definitely recommended

First of all I would like to say that we totally loved our stay at Iro suites. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. Service was great. Everything was clean. We loved the pool which was infront of our room. A little minus was that the pool closed in the afternoon, but that was obvious because it has to get cleaned. What I would have liked is that there should put mosquito nets on all windows. Unfortunately when we went, the whole island was full of wasps. This is something that the owners can put. Another thing that we didnt like was the bathroom. The shower was right next to the door and the water would come out of the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was almost falling apart. Also we had a problem with the key to our room. These are minor problems and im sure everything is fixable. Will go again though and I do recommend. August 2019
