Recepção excelente, tudo bem limpo, organizado, tudo muito bom!

Frequento a Ilha desde a infância e o que posso dizer que Deus estava muito inspirado quando decidiu criá-la. O lugar é incrível, de uma beleza singular, difícil de se ver em qualquer lugar. Há lugares incríveis pelo Mundo, mas Ilha Grande é um show à parte nesse quesito.

PESIMO LUGAR teníamos contratadas 4 noches Pasamos solamente la primer noche en la posada y nos tuvimos que ir , muy mal atendimiento, cama con cucarachas, el baño perdía agua, puerta del baño toda rota por debajo, no se podía dormir allí , habitación con humedad somos una pareja y nos dieron dos camas individuales y no nos hicieron el cambio todo mal no volveria, las fotos mienten

The staff were polite and helpful The bedroom was very basic and the bathroom tiny The food in the breakfast bar was excellent, had ever lasting portions and the view fantastic this was definitely its best feature The location is good for the beach which was a 2 minute walk away but the hotel is a very long way from the ferry quay and you will have a long romp with your bags along uneven tracks to get there . At the edge of the town its also a long way from the restaurants. If you are on a budget and staying on the island for a week , it might fit the bill, but if you you are only in town for a few nights and want high end in the heart of the town then this isn't for you .

We stayed a while ago and with water floating on the street it was almost impossible to get to this accommodation. In addition, there was hair in the room when we checked in. The staff was friendly, however, there were missing basic amenities, and cleaning was below average. Further, the wifi signal was very bad in the room and sometimes it didn't even work.
