The hotel is old and starting to show its age, bed fine, internet is dreadful, having to keep logging on, very frustrating, TV keeps freezing can only assume it’s the same internet issues, price for B&B &190 so not cheap, asker about the lounge now I’m here and told its €40 per day, breakfast rate here is €25 per day, with the lounge access you can get breakfast, so asked if I could credit my breakfast and book the lounge to be told no, basically everything is set to extract money from you, good member for some time, also an IHG member with top status, would save you money and book the Crowne plaza for half the price, location is next to very old mall with a lot of cheap items. The escalators to take you down do not work, escalators up or working, think they are trying to save money. I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Ankara and not the best, but guess it good for the American standard of hotel.
We stayed 2 nights and Grand Mercure Hotel in Ankara is a good choice. Hotel is located in the new and modern part of Ankara and there are several restaurants , cafes and shopping malls nearby , so people can find almost everything easily. People can reach city center by taxi or metro connection is available as well. Metro station is approx.10 minutes walking distance. - our room was at 15th floor and silent. AC was working properly during the extreme hot days of summertime. - Hotel staff were very kind and acting friendly. - Breakfast buffet was excellent w wide range of delicious foods. All in all we enjoyed Grand Mercure Ankara and stay here again when we come to Ankara.
We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. 訪訪客8-9 saatlik yurt dışı uçak seyahatinden sonra sabah hızlı trenle şehir değiştireceğim için garın yanında ki the Ankara otel de konaklama kararı aldım, booking com aracılığı ile rezervasyon yaptırdım. Giriş işlemlerinden sonra odaya çıktık odaya çıktıktan sonra yatakta büyük bir saç kılı ve küçük küçük kıllar gördüm. Resepsiyonu aradım sağolsunlar hemen odayı değiştirelim dediler gelen görevli beyefendiye de gösterdim bakın yatakta bunlar var diye oda ***et kibar davrandı ve yeni odaya geçmemize yardımcı oldu. Yeni odaya geçtiğimiz de çarşafta bu görüntüler vardı gerçekten de aşırı yorgunduk artık uğraşamadık ve uyuduk. Tv otomatik açıldı kumanda çalışmıyordu gece 01:00 da o yorgunlukla oda değiştirdiğimiz yetmiyormuş gibi bide 10 dk tv yi fişten çekmekle uğraştım. Eşimin gebelik durumu oda kirli ama ne yapalım artık çok yorulduk lütfen uyuyalım demesi sanki sığınmacı kampında kalıyormuş ve mecburmuşuz gibi bir durumda mecburiyetten sadece aşırı yorgunluktan ve eşimin özel durumundan dolayı uyumak mecburiyetin de kaldık. 2 kişilik odada tek terlik de cabası. Hasılı okyanusu geçip derede boğulmayalım Milyon liralik otel yapıl ufak detaylar da takılı kalmayalım. 1)kat temizlik görevlileri daha iyi denetlensin.(belli ki denetimin bir yeri aksak) 2)belli aralıklarla kumanda pilleri kontrol edilsin. 3)2 kişilik oda veriliyor ise 2 terlik verilsin. 4)yataklar da kıl olmasın(ilk odada onun fotosunu çekmeyi unuttum dün benim ilk girdiğim oda da pencereye yakın olan yatağı kontrol ediniz) 5)çarşaflar lekeli olmasın, aksi taktir de hijyen hissiyatını kaybettiriyor. 6)lekeli çarşaflar müşteriye sunulmasın gerekirse atılsın, hijyen gideri diye bütçeye yeni bir sekme açınız çarşaf maliyetinden kaçacağız diye büyük resmî kaçırıyoruz.. 7)misafir bunların hiç biri ile uğraşmak zorunda değil geldiği anda istirahatine başlaması gerekli, gece oda da böyle bir problemin olduğunu resepsiyona bildirdim sabah en azından resepsiyon şefi durum ile alakalı bilgi alabilirdi, bende bir şirketin genel müdürüyüm böyle bir durumda bilgim olmasın kıyameti kopartırım. En azından müşteri ile sabah kısa bir görüşme sonrası buralara yazılmasına gerek kalmadan hallederdim problemleri. Hasılı hakikat güneş gibi meydandadır, herkese selamlar sevgiler.
訪訪客Fui con mi pareja y reservé una habitación superior Deluxe con cama extragande, habitación de 25 metros con vistas al jardín, y cuando llegue allí me dieron una habitación, que estaba sin hacer ,con vistas a un tejado metálico y de 12 metros cuadrados.Pague pormuna habitación superior y me dieron la inferior, tras una hora quejándome en recepción conseguí la habitación que supuestamente me correspondía.El.hotel está nuevo , reformado, pero la calidad deja mucho que desear.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in April 2022. The location was great, very close to Kizilay and the city center. The lobby was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. First 3 nights we stayed in a room at the back of building where the sound of music of bar was so annoying. We asked them to change our room and they kindly changed our room to the front side of the hotel which was quieter. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. They charge water, tea, shampoo and change towels. There is just a weakness about both rooms, which none of them was non-smoking and they smell cigarette too much. Actually, the Pros of hotel was its breakfast which was various and fresh. It has both cold and warm items and the staff of the restaurant were very welcoming. To sum up, it was an average stay.
訪訪客We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! 訪訪客Rezervasyon için oteli aradım çıkan kişi iki çocuk olduğunu standart odalarının uymadığı kayıt açamadığını ve yetkili onayı gerektiğini iletti bilgi alıp döneceklerini söylediler ancak geri dönüş olmadı tekrar aradım konuyla Ezgi hnm ın ilgilendiğini ilettiğini 10 dk içerisinde bilgi vereceklerini söyledi ancak yine geri dönüş yapılmadı her aradığımda başka birisi çıktı ve her defasında tekrar tekrar anlattım 10 dk ya geri dönecekler dediği saat 1 sa oldu yine aradım Ezgi hnm a bağladılar onu da beceremediler bi bey çıktı telefona ezgi hnm meşgul siz zaten rezervasyonu iptal ettirmişsiniz dedi bırakın iptal etmeyi olmayan rezervasyonu nasıl iptal edebilirim acaba? Böyle birşey yapmadığımı ortada daha rezervasyon bile olmadığını Ezgi hnm dan geri dönüş beklediğimi ısrarla söylememe rağmen kesinlikle geri dönüş sağlanmadk.Bu kadar ciddiyetsiz lakayt bir çalışma şekli görmedim..daha rezervasyon aşamasında böyleyse otelde ki hizmeti varın siz düşünün… Sıfır kalite
