This was our first time staying at this property, and we were quite pleased. Check-in was quick and seamless and the front desk girls were very friendly. The only downside is that we felt walls and floors were thin. You could hear people walking around above us. Overall a very nice hotel at this price point.

It was ok, clean, no frills, had a kitchen in the queen room. staff helped us a lot because they had difficulties getting our reservations with *******. More of a budget place to stay

This hotel is nothing short of AMAZING! The staff is incredible, the manager Artisha is a God send. The entire staff made me feel very welcoming. If anything was wrong they fixed it. if I needed any help, they helped me. I love booking here & highly recommend it to everyone! When I come here I don’t feel like I’m at a hotel, I feel like I’m home visiting family! The atmosphere is great here! You’ll be a fool to book anywhere else! The general manager called me the day of to let me know they were overbooked and had no room for me. I had made my reservations 3 weeks earlier. I had make other arrangements that day while the Iowa state fair was going on, and rooms were almost all gone. ********** did assist me, but I won’t book with My Place again.

It was clean and staff was pleasant. The only complaint or annoying factor was one of the kitchen drawers wouldn’t stay closed and needs repaired.

The staff was wonderful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner that night. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be getting the funky smell out of the room.
