Nice clean and safe property. Great breakfast and breakfast area. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Free parking and near highway. They have a bar and food service in the main lobby. Natalie was the bar person and was simply outstanding. Her service, friendliness and quick wit made for fun times and great memories!

We enjoyed the way this hotel was decorated. The bed and furniture in the room was very comfortable. The lobby and lounge were very inviting and attractive. The staff were amazing! Loved the walk in shower and the soap/shampoo/conditioner brand made available. We appreciated that an extra pillow and throw were available for lounging on the sofa. The location was good, it was fairly quiet, and shopping and food was close by. Close to the highway, 15 minutes from the university. Breakfast was out of this world! Loved the choices, the freshness, the helpfulness of the person serving it. Even the other guests were very pleasant - which I think happens when folks are happy with their surroundings. We hope to visit again!

Paying $350 a night they don’t even provide basic thing such as water. You need to come down to reception and pay $5.00 for a bottle of water which costs $0.20 in a store. Not staying there again. Free water is only for certain level of members and everyone e else they don’t care about.

It was a nice hotel, clean, nice beds. However & this is the big issue: When we checked in the lobby, hallway, & common areas were fine, then we left for a drive, came back after dinner, Immediately upon entering the lobby we smelled a very strong odor of perfume, so strong you could taste it in your mouth. My husband can't smell at all but he said he could taste it in his mouth & began coughing. I have asthma & upon entering our room I had an asthma attack. I called the front desk, they would not admit anything about having perfume in the common areas & asked for an air purifier, they said they would check housekeeping & bring one up. When they got to the room they said all of the purifiers & tower fans were in use in other rooms, so apparently other people had issues with this as well. This was not advertised in their description on line that they had essential oils or perfume dispensed into the air in common areas, otherwise I would have not chose this hotel.

Great breakfast. Wish they would make the pancakes and waffles fresh instead of leaving them in the heated bowls to get crispy on the edges. Loved the fruit bowls and they fact we had bacon a couple times while we were there. We stayed in the king suite and really liked how big the suite was.

We always stay at the Hyatt when in Ann Arbor. The hotel has an upscale feel, is very clean, staff is always friendly and professional. The double rooms have 2 king-size beds, which is great for our family!

Not family friendly hotel. I'm from out of town. My family (very young children and a newborn) arrived 45 minutes early and politely asked if we can check in early due to the heat outside. I was told to wait another 30 min due to the room still being cleaned but could wait int the lobby. Really?? Untrue and this Hyatt extremely cheap by making us wait while the room "magically" cleans itself. I blame management's inconsiderate business practices.
