Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

Stayed on the 6th floor, no ice machine. Had to go down to the lobby just to get ice for my room Seriously, it's just ice. So what if someone uses a little extra for a cooler. Cutting overhead at the convenience of the patron.

The hotel is well situated. 15 minutes away from U Michigan. Quiet, safe and clean. The only thing that intrigued me is that when they sent this survey they sent it to my daughter’s email who was not with me, does not live with me and had nothing to do with this reservation. I found very concerning that they use other people’s email to communicate. What else will they be sending with my information to someone else.

There were a ton of teenagers in the hotel this weekend and no one could control them. They ran through the halls they were loud and just made us extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is too expensive to have the kind of experience I had. I probably won’t ever stay there again.

The room was very nice, comfortable and was clean. I suggest letting guests know that there are minimal towels and cloths in the room if more than 2 guests are staying.... before the guest gets to their room and becomes comfortable.

We stayed one night during a campus tour and athletic camp for our daughter. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was lovely and we were very comfortable during our stay. We only stayed one night but it was very quiet, easy to get to and convenient parking.

We got to this hotel which we booked far in advance of the trip and there were no rooms available. The hotel gave away our room for both nights that we had booked. They were not able to find another room that we could stay in so we had to sleep in our car in the 19 degree weather and drive the 5 hours back home the next morning so I took off work and drove 10 hours total just to sleep in my freezing car.

I recently staid in this hotel with my boyfriend. Hotel room was clean and accommodating. The front desk staff was pleasant every interaction I had with them, the kitchen though,., that waitress was the rudest I’ve ever had. Not to mention a curtesy of 8 bucks was given to her without me authorizing. Oh and you you could eat out with your family twice for the amount of j how much It was for one single person to eat in the hotel lobby, 42 Dollars for two people!!!!! They charged my card 50.00. Gave her a little fat tip she certainly didn’t deserve . Hotel pool had chemicals in it that literally changed the color of a very expensive ring I had on . Don’t wear jewelry in the pool. However it was clean. Overall good experience minus the breakfast incident with the server
