Very special hotel, my first choice for STL

We were visiting the University of Michigan. This was very close and the room was very comfortable and roomy. We literally just slept there, had breakfast, and left. But the room was very clean. Appreciated that we did not have to bring toiletries. The breakfast was delicious. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. My only suggestion would be to have a TV in the room.

I was visiting University of Michigan and I stayed three nights here. It was excellent! I stayed in the Garden/Wizard room, and it was very comfortable and clean. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will love all of the wizarding-world details found throughout the room. I'm actually not a huge Harry Potter fan myself, but I still appreciated the fun details and I enjoyed being in this room! The room also had a cozy fireplace which was great. The location of this B&B is perfect if you are visiting UMich, as it is doable to walk to central campus, and there is a public bus route that stops very close by and goes up into the central campus area. I had to go to north campus as well, and I had no problems getting there with the bus system. Everyone here was very friendly as well, and I had some of the best pancakes I've ever had for breakfast!

The place and the staff was lovely and so attentive . The breakfast was amazing , filled with lots of glutton free items . Which my Daughter really appreciated it. The Bed and Breakfast was so beautiful, clean , spacious, and relaxing . It really felt like home and was a great place to decompress for a day and night . Thanks for everything, we look forward to our next visit .

Enjoyed a lovely evening on a spur-of-the-moment ladies trip. So nice to chill and enjoy the ambiance and lovely inn. Particularly enjoyed the William Morris accents on wallpapers and rugs. The owners of the Inn (Vincent & Daisy) were delightful.

Excellent place with excellent services and hosts at this B&B in Ann Arbor and near to the University of Michigan campus. Very convenient. Excellent and diverse breakfast for all kinds of needs. Rooms very comfortable and convenient. Very recommended.

My wife and I were in town for a University of Michigan medical visit. The atmosphere of Stone Chalet was perfect and relaxing for our night before a very stressful appointment. It was a huge surprise for my wife and made the trip so much better!
