安納波利斯歷史酒店(Historic Inns of Annapolis)

We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful historic property. Conveniently located in the heart of Annapolis. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants, meeting space too!

Absolutely wonderful! Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful area with so much to do and see within walking distance. Hotel staff are fabulous. Highly recommend staying, you will not regret it.

Inn was quaint, great location, very clean. However, perhaps due to lack of soundproofing we could hear guests talking in their rooms. Our room was adjacent to second floor veranda where guests smoked and chatted right by our window.

Our room overlooked an event space that was in use most of the time we were there and there was too much noise. There was no parking. I wanted to have my car parked via valet but it was not available. I was directed to 2 parking lots that were both full.

I booked 3 king rooms. On check in we only got 1 king, the other 2 rooms had 2 double beds. When we asked, the receptionist informed us that as ******* had over sold the rooms and that’s all they had. I will not be returning to this hotel and I am seriously questioning whether I should use ******* again ,if this is true.

Great location in Annapolis. Easy to walk locally to restaurants and shopping. Parking is not convenient. Bathrooms are tiny.
