沙德特大精品商務酒店(Saadet Grand Boutique & Business Hotel)

Stayed with my sister on January 2023. Due to business visits to Antakya I stayed in this hotel for more than 100 nights about 4 or 5 years ago. My 2023 review... Rooms were clean and staff were helpful, but the room service was really terrible. There were no room compliments and there was no kettle. They claimed that the kettles were taken from all the rooms in order to be cleaned and they provided us with one after we asked. Each time they visited our room we were like reminding them that this is missing and this is missing and they didn't bother to check for what is missing themselves and bring everything all together. Also although I was not expecting too much about the breakfast but it was even worse than my expectations. I'm pretty sure I will check another hotel in my next visit to Antakya.
