After a cancelled flight we were all shipped here, 150 people stood in an unventilated lobby waiting for staff to turn up, but fair enough we arrived very last second so I’ll move on, described as modern and stylish…modern for the 20th century and stylish for a HM Prison, room AC unadjustable, room at first glance seemed habitable until your eyes adjust to the dark wood and “wallpaper” and realise the thin layer of dust and grime, even the “wallpaper” seemed to be checking out of the hotel as it left the walls, 3 mile walk in any direction to find a store that has baby formula…. All in all horrific hotel don’t book for a trip away, BUT beats sleeping in an airport, has the basics, been in worse Rule of thumb, get in, bare it and get out! P.S “Luxury roof top pool” was out of order…. See image attached lol

Don't do it! Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. We were placed here by TUI after a flight cancellation. The airport would have been my preferred choice. It was absolutely filthy, the curtains didn't close, there was a building site outside, and we were woken up (yes that's right) by the smell or raw sewage. Medication was taken from the fridge in our room and their answer..... I should contact my travel insurance to claim! If you are told you are going here for emergency accommodation I suggest you refuse. It's not 5 star it is absolutely vile.

We got put in this hotel after the flight was delayed at the airport with easy jet and after reading the other reviews it looks like this is the hotel everyone gets sent to. At the beginning we was just happy to be anywhere else than the airport seeing as our flight was at 5am all I wanted to do was go to sleep , after checking in and handing our passports over (which made me uncomfortable to leave it with them but everyone was ) got the room key we went to the lifts which were so confusing it took several attempts to get the the correct floor but got there in the end , went in the room it was fine no issues with the bed or the cleanliness, from the other reviews maybe we just got lucky!?. When we came in it had like a small passage way from the main door to another door which then was the room with bed and then a door from there to the shower room/ toilet , After turning the air con on getting changed to sleep putting phones on charge etc and laying down was when things started to seem strange , after going to toilet the toilet dripping was excessive so closed the door while doing so the door handle fell off into my hand , I put it back on and looked around more , I opened the room door which lead to the passage to the main door and could see the chain for the main door was broken as if the door had been kicked open , this lead me to think why would a hotel need 2 doors to get into the room, was it so it takes longer for someone to get in to give u more time to hide perhaps, the bathroom door handle coming off on the outside only would mean you can lock yourself in the bathroom and it only be opened from the inside , why would someone need or want to do that , what has happened in this room? Feeling very uncomfortable I turned to google and googled the area , bad idea as I found information about organisations that I which I knew less about in the area , knowing my passport was not with me if anything happened I would have no way to get home or be identified I went down and as I approached reception, every passport for every person who checked in of the delayed flight was just opposite the reception desk all layed out in the open , after asking for mine and my partners , we had stickers on them with the door number of the room we was staying , there was no security at the door , anyone could have walked in and taken every single passport and knew exactly which room the person was in , also they have green and red lights outside the rooms to show which ones are occupied, so in the case of anything happening being quiet and pretending no one is in the room wouldn’t even be an option as the hotel is basically telling anyone and everyone which rooms have people in , I felt extremely extremely unsafe in this hotel to the point I was thinking of messages to send my children if it was the last time they spoke to me . We left and paid about £80 for a cab back to our resort which is in a tourist area being safer , as we still had the room their until 12

We were put in this hotel for 2 nights by TUI due to flight cancellations. We arrived at 2.30am so staggered to our room bleary eyed. Despite no smoking signs in the room there was a strange odour of cigarettes and incense. Shower room was perfectly acceptable with complimentary products (didn’t use them as not sure what was what as they weren’t labelled). Tea/coffee making facilities Smallest of fridges but kept water cold. Aircon worked well but took a while to get the room temperature down. There is a roof top pool with sun-loungers/ small but perfectly fine TUI stated it was an All Inclusive stay. Meals were very basic but enough to tide us over. Drinks - no alcohol. Soft drinks were available but seemed to run out a lot . Perhaps the hotel was not expecting such a large flight to come in. Lots of building work outside the hotel but this didn’t affect our stay. A mosque is next door so some guests were woken at 5am by the call to morning prayer. A range of local supermarkets within walking distance - some only take Turkish Lira but this wasn’t a problem for us and we were able to stack up on snacks.

We were sent by easy jet as our flight has been cancelled. The hotel had a small buffet which was okay but we had to ask the staff for many things and they didn’t speak English. I would definitely not recommend this hotel which advertises itself as 5 star. It’s dirty , dated and staff looked rude.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in staff not very friendly and helpful, food was awful didn’t offer any drinks with meals including water, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone only stayed here because flight was cancelled and airline put us here

This was the worst experience we ever had. After hours of travel we arrived to a hotel that was equal to the movie The Shining There was just one receptionist and a couple of cleaning staff. No restaurant no cafeteria no refreshments and this is advertised as a 5* hotel. No other guests and most floors were closed off. Their response: it's low season We booked through reservationstays.com who I am no fighting to refund our money, as we left within half an hour of arriving. They don't seem to be interested in the scam not are they taking down the hotel to protect other customers.

We were placed in this hotel due to a cancelled flight and it was quite the experience. The short period I was in the hotel, I was bitten by a number of insects. Extremely uncomfortable itchiness and pain which has followed since. The hotel is not very well presented and the staff are unwilling to assist you. Incorrect information surrounding the amended flight time was being printed and when trying to explain that the information was incorrect they did not care. When asking the staff how did they know this information they shrugged their shoulders and laughed. In an extremely stressful situation you would assume that the staff would be willing to help and explain how they had received the information. There was a large number of distressed families in floods of tears and there was no remorse or sympathy from the staff. The rooms are extremely dated and are filthy. There was thick dirt or mould on the skirting boards spreading onto the walls. The rooms appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time. The bathroom and shower was also vile. Thick dirt along the tiles in the shower and mould on the actual shower itself. The pool area can only be described as a safety hazard. I would say 6 people can fit in the pool at most. It is a very very small area with minimal seating. We were advised there was a fully stocked bar however this was not the case. Minimal supply of soft drinks. The restaurant area did not allow us entry to grab soft drinks, we were told we had to go back to the roof bar. There were a number of elderly people who had mobility issues and were unable to get to the roof to access drinks, again the staff did not care. The food provided can only be described as a joke. Again, a very small portion of food provided for over 250 guests. The wifi completely bust when all guests attempted to connect to the wifi. Considering this is a 5* business hotel you would expect there to be sufficient wifi. All in all, a very poor hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.

A nightmare hotel. Horrible smell of sewer in all rooms, broken switches, stains on beds and toilets. No hand towels in washrooms, a dump, staff very unprofessional and lie, a generator that will not let you sleep the whole night, dirty bedsheets, breakfast so bad and food so unhygienic that many guests had food poisoning. This hotel should be closed. It is a dark spot on the face of Antalya. We were put in thus by easy jet. Will take easy jet to court for treating us like that...just stay away from this s**** hole. The worst hotel of the world....
