I have stayed at this place for first time, and I have to say: cleanliness of the rooms not great, although the building itself is very outdated and has seen better days. Only 1 small lift for all the guests, which is shocking! I’ve seen elderly guests are struggling with the stairs at points. Staff friendly. Beds not the best, noisy and not very comfortable pillows to my comforts. I have used the laundry option which hast cost me 2,100 TL = £40,,, it’s a lot!!! You’re not allowed to bring or get foods outside of the hotel area, due to an overpriced restaurant operating by the hotel, not allowed to buy drinks from the restaurant bar and take to your room.!! Overall the only positive I can think of is the sea view which seems to be their selling point. Would I stay at this hotel in the future? Personally, absolutely not and wouldn’t recommend it. Very costly and not even worth it. The picture I’ve attached is the view from my room, which was lush.

Plajı güzel olmasına rağmen iyi değerlendirilemiyor. 196 basamak aşağı inmeniz gerekiyor denize girmek için. Tekrar odaya çıkmak eziyet. Küçüklü büyüklü tekneler plaja demir atıyor ve tehlikeli olacak şekilde yaklaşıyorlar. Güvenli değil. Oradayken falezlerin olduğu yere küçük bir tekne yanaştı ve kayaların üzerinde mangal yaptı. Pes! Resepsiyonda ki hanfendi bayağı gergin birisi. Güler yüzlü olmayı becerebilmesini diliyorum. Başka bir otele bir miktar daha ödeyip bir yıldız fazla ve herşey dahil konsepti alırsanız kârlı çıkarsınız. Fiyatlar Avrupa standartlarında… Odalar salaş. Hijyenik değil. 90 lı yıllarda kalmış bir teknoloji mevcut. Manzarası harika… Manzara için gidilir.

Ужасно, никогда больше… Запомните эти лица, которые испортят вам отдых. Не оставят в покое, пока ты не купишь на пляже пиво или водку, даже видя, что с маленькими детьми будут орать и махать руками как дикари, увидели детскую воду, детское питание и орали на малышей. Если вы хотите расслабиться и отдохнуть точно не стоит ехать сюда, эти люди не дадут. Такого ужасного дикого! персонала я ещё не встречала. Да и в самом отеле персонал очень недоброжелательный. Это создает ужасное впечатление. Прошу руководителя/владельца отеля принять меры. Место очень красивое, бухта, рядом Дюденские водопады и парк, но люди работающие в отеле, все портят. Никогда больше, на данный момент отель не рекомендую! Грязно, старая сантехника, скудные завтраки.

я человек не требовательный и мне много не надо. Но громкая музыка каждый день просто зае****ла. Абсолютно неадекватная ситуация, сталкиваюсь с таким первый раз. Терассу сдают в аренду под свадьбы, до 00-01 ночи уснуть буквально невозможно. Когда свадеб нет - включают музыку на баре, спать мешает даже с закрытыми дверьми.... Вчера уже не выдержал пошел выяснять вопрос - мне ответили что такая ху***ня ежедневно до 00.30... НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ, ЭТО НЕ ПРО ТИШИНУ. УСНУТЬ ПОД ЗВУКИ МОРЯ - НЕВОЗМОЖНО. из-за двух алкашей в баре не спит весь отель - это что за подход?!?!?! из плюсов как уже сказали - кухня. В остальном ничего особенного.

Das ist KEIN echtes Hotel, sondern gemieteter Hochzeitssaal! FREITAG/SAMSTAG/SONNTAG sogar manchmal MONTAG, von 20:00 bis 23:45 kommen die Türken, die das Hotel für Ihre Hochzeitsparty mieten, besetzen das Hotel. Zuviel Lärm und Blockade! Wir mussten jedesmal am Abend wo anders gehen und warten, bis die blöde Hochzeitspartys fertig sind! DAS ESSEN schmeckt nicht! Servis ist schlecht! Das Meer ist wunderschön, aber leider SCHMUTZIG, Denn die Boote bringen die Touristen zum Baden an den Hotelstrand und verlassen das Meer mit Öl und Dreck. Ich empfehle Ihnen DEFINITIV NICHT, in diesem Hotel einen Urlaub zu verbringen.!!!

Во-первых постоянно пропадал интернет, на вопрос "почему" сотрудники ресепшн постоянно твердили что видят такое в первый раз, подключали интернет, который исправно пропадал ровно через 15 минут!!!! Во-вторых НЕ ДАВАЛИ ПИТЬЕВУЮ ВОДУ В НОМЕР!!!!! За все платил мой мужчина, и карта оплаты была у него, когда я пришла одна с улицы, и чуть ли не падая в обморок попросила воды - злая женщина на ресепшн с вечно недовольным лицом сказала мне ЧТО Я ОБЯЗАНА Её КУПИТЬ, и что выдают воду только в первый день!!! Серьезно???? а если бы я реально упала в обморок???? У вас этажом ниже кулер стоял, совесть бы поимели!!!!! Номер за 90 евро в сутки, где нет даже питьевой воды!!!!! В-третьих в номерах нет чайника, то есть чтобы выпить чай или кофе вы обязаны по жаре идти и покупать его!!! в четвертых - В НОМЕР НЕ ДАЮТ УТЮГ!!!!! Когда я у той же неудовлетворенной жизнью женщины спросила про утюг, они мне опять заявила, ЧТО Я ОБЯЗАНА ОТДАТЬ ЕЙ СВОИ ВЕЩИ НА СТИРКУ И ГЛАЖКУ!!!! Выяснилось что мы, постояльцы, должны это сделать до часу дня! То есть если вы приехали вечером - ходите мятые!!!!! Неуважаемая многими постояльцами отеля, вечно недовольная мадам, обращаюсь к вам лично - Я ВАМ НИЧЕГО НЕ ДОЛЖНА!!!!!! Я поехала в торговый центр, купила прекрасный большой утюг, и давала всем, кто понимал мой язык СОВЕРШЕННО БЕСПЛАТНО!!!!!! Отвратительное впечатление именно от сотрудницы на ресепшн и от правил отела в целом!!! Да балла ставлю только за прекрасную кухню - спасибо поварам, и за внимательных, чутких официантов!!!!! Которые, кстати, и сказали что вай-фай платный. Особое спасибо за чуткость и желание всегда помочь официанту Seyfullah Akgun. Да и еще - 6 августа 2022 прямо под окнами жильцов отеля, у бассейна была турецкая свадьба!!!! Как вы понимаете - покой нам только снился, если вам напекло голову или у вас давление - хрен вы уснёте!!!! вы до 12 ночи будете слушать громкие турецкие завывания, ведь там не все так просто - совершенно невеселая живая музыка среднего пошиба окончательно вас доканает, ибо руководство отеля клало огромный болт на ваш покой и сон.....

Kısa bir süreliğine kaldığım bu tesiste gerçekten cık rahat hissettim kendimi, odaların temizliği cok güzel korkarak gittim ama husrana ugramadım. Calısan personeller cok güleryüzlü ve ilgili, hülya hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

Herkese tavsiye edebilecegimiz bir otel. Personellerin ilgi ve alakası gercekten icten herkes isini severek yapıyor. Temiz bir otel temizlik konusunda gercekten cok hassas davranıyorlar. Özellikle hülya hanıma cok tesekkür ederiz

Great atmosphere and staff, was greeted on my first day and helped with bags by a young lad called arrsven from reception (not sure how to spell apologies) who although we had a bit of a language barrier, he made sure to go above and beyond his colleagues in ensuring we were happy, comfortable, greeted with a smile always and he translated with his phone rather than avoiding conversation throughout our stay. Very kind, patient, hardworking and good staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the included 24/7 non-alcoholic cocktails especially summer breeze and the variety of food and fun offerings. Regular shuttles to the beach, rent a car transfers available and multiple pools. Good amenities, options and comfort, only negative was some things needed maintenance in the rooms and some bottles of soaps, and shampoo that had been missed from being refilled repeatedly.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel — their approach to hospitality is purely profit-driven. Due to a delay in my visa processing, I requested to cancel my booking and receive a refund two days before my reservation date. Despite this being a reasonable and genuine situation, the hotel repeatedly refused my request and charged me without providing any services. Their priority is clearly money, not customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, their customer service was unprofessional, and they even refused to let me speak with management. I strongly advise you against booking this hotel, especially if your plans may change unexpectedly. bad experience with this hotel, unfortunately

Great hotel…. Staff were lovely, pool loungers were the most comfortable, views are stunning, beds comfy, rooms a little dated but clean. Breakfast has good choice. WiFi was good.
