皇城酒店(Royal City Hotel)

Great location

I didn't end up staying .....reserved a room and showed up to pay on property and their card machine wasn't working....very inconvenient and the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive.

Konumu dışında herşey kötüydü. Personel iyi niyetli ama gerek odaların temizliği gerek odanın küçüklüğü banyosunun darlığı ve havasızlığı ve ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren banyoda bulunan saçlar bakımından bir felaketti oda deniz manzaralı fakat iki kişinin kalması için çok dar. Kahvaltı yapılan roof un pencereleri açılmıyor içerideki klima çok yetersiz.Havuzu çok küçük . Genel olarak kötü tecrübe ettiğimiz bir otel oldu.

Très propre et excellent je conseille vivement. Omer est très sympa et serviable.

I stay at Royal hotel was very upsetting not also was I charged extra money for the hotel room when I got there the pool was not working as there was no water in it the rooms were very small if you go mile down the road I checked out and stayed in a hotel close by with a pool and it was absolutely fantastic Royal city is a very very disappointing Hotel

Royal City Hotel , Antalya is really worst hotel in the city. When we came in to the hotel and made Check-in so the first day we got sick during just one night passed in this hotel because in December the heating didn’t work. In this period of the pandemic it’s really shocking conditions. There was no hot water in the bathroom of my room ! The receptionist said me that for washing hands with hot water I have to go downstairs and there was the hot water as well……The heating didn’t work ! There was no drink water in the room. The breakfast was really disgusting as proof I’m gonna attach some photos of their buffet. The staff, service guys were very rude when you ask some bottle of water to drink they want not give it to you. I understand that the price was very low but I don’t recommend this hotel !!!

Torn sheets, bed sheets not adequate, room extremely small

Niet schoon, er wordt om de twee dagen schoongemaakt, heet water doet het zelden, koelkast deed het niet en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Enige positieve was de locatie.
