很棒的飯店！我喜歡這個位置；我以前從未去過安塔利亞的這個地區。很棒而且非常友好的工作人員。早餐很好：土耳其起司、蔬菜（黃瓜、番茄、辣椒）、大量新鮮香草、香腸、炒蛋和水煮蛋，還有一些美味的燉煮/烤蔬菜，我們住宿期間唯一的水果是西瓜 -好吃，甜甜的。我們住在第三棟大樓，與主樓和餐廳隔街相望，有電梯，每天都有人打掃。距離大海約 10 至 15 分鐘；您可以在接待處索取毛巾或從泳池邊的日光浴床上領取。我推薦這家飯店！

由於航班原因，我很晚才到達酒店，但很慶幸即使是深夜也能入住。 早餐也很美味。

飯店住了幾天，感覺很不錯，一樓的餐廳真的很時尚，如果不想在人群中或喜歡安靜的休息，位置還可以。

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner très varié et inclus. Bar et restaurant au top, des serveurs très sympathiques, souriants et aimables qui cherchent des solutions pour communiquer car je parle très peu anglais et pas du tout turc.

Spa w hotelu rewelacja, menadżer SPA bardzo miły i pomocny, miałam łaźnie turecka z peelingiem solnym oraz masaż który był rewelacyjny, to jest miejsce w którym możesz się naprawdę zrelaksować, Hotel ogółem czysty, w pokoju znajdziesz wszystko czego potrzebuj esz: kawka,herbatka, rumianek, oraz herbatki ziołowe, nawet kapcie były , śniadania dobre ale ciągle jedno i to samo praktycznie, byłam 7 dni w hotelu i po 3 dniach miałam dość jedzenia tego i samego,personel hotelu bardzo pomocny , przemili ludzie , obok hotelu jest sklepik Solma Market ze wszystkim praktycznie, chemia, napoje, jedzenie, Ogółem polecam hotel

Oda temizliği,hizmet çeşitliliği,personel tutumu dahil her şeyiyle çok memnun kalıp her zaman tercih edecegimiz bir isletmedir.Bizi etkileyen bir başka özelliği ise sokak patilerini işletmede besleyip,barindirmalari oldu. Annemin deyimiyle evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir deneyim idi.

Üç çift olarak arkadaş grubuyla ile konakladık, ilk defa geldğimiz bu otelde konaklamamızı uzattık. Plaj imkanları çok yakın mesafede. Bizim arabamız vardı ama otelin transfer hizmetide var. Denize gitmediğimiz gün otelin havuzunda geçirdik günümüzü, akşam alış veriş merkezleri kafeler restoranlara ulaşmamız çok yakın mesafedeysi. Güler yüzlü personel, temizlik görevlileri, bar çalışanları hepsi çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Rezervasyonumuzu uzatırken, resepsiyonda ki personel doğrudan yardımcı oldu. İnanılmaz lezzetli Restaurantları var kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. MÜKKEMMEL deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff for a very warm and welcoming welcome! The staff is very friendly, always happy to help with any issue. Relaxing in your hotel is just a great pleasure. Very cozy rooms, good beds, delicious cuisine... in a word, super, truly a true pleasure! During your stay at the hotel or in nearby hotels, I highly recommend visiting the SPA, different types of massage will not leave anyone indifferent, and the prices will pleasantly surprise you. The guys are super professionals in their field. Хочется выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам отеля за очень тёплый и радушный приём! Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда рады помочь по любому вопросу. Отдыхать в вашем отеле-просто одно огромное удовольствие. Очень уютные номера,хорошие кровати,вкусная кухня...одним словом супер,действительно истинное наслаждение! Во время проживания в отеле или в ближайших отелях очень рекомендую посетить СПА, разные виды массажа никого не оставят равнодушными, а цены вас приятно удивят. Ребята супер профессионалы своего дела.

I've seen some of the recent reviews for this hotel. I can only assume that some of the reviewers haven't stayed. The ONLY plus is the spa. I didn't use it, but all the guests who spoke of it, spoke highly. The rest of the hotel is terrible. Everyone has different standards and expectations. I get that. So maybe to some it is great. Putting it in to a UK context though, I would say it is a borderline 2* hotel. And that's borderline with 1* not 3*. Rooms were incredibly basic. Some rooms were dangerous in regard to air con units. In my opinion the balconies of some rooms are a tragedy waiting to happen, because the balcony wall is well below the waist pivot point for anyone at 6ft tall or greater. Stumble and all your body weight is the wrong side of a happy ending. Staff are also hit and miss. A few are really helpful and pleasant, but some think any problem is a joke, and are no help at all. For me, there are far too many negatives to this hotel. Can't see myself ever recommending it to anyone.

This was my 3rd stay at Azuu hotel due to dental treatment...met friends who have also stayed previously...this year absolutely disgraceful from the rude new staff through to the dangerous air con in one of my friends room leaking rust coloured water down the wall, which was a risk of legionella. Kemal the manager was informed and did not care one little bit, until he was drunk one night and tried to speak with myself and others, he was embarrassing, will never stay there again!!!

Chambre d’hôtel très propre, j’ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi propre, personnel très agréable et très chaleureux. Je recommande très fortement le spa c’était une expérience incroyable, Nana est très à l’écoute, un super personnel, la masseuse a des doigts de fée et sait exactement où appuyer. Le kese kopuk était incroyable vraiment foncez sans hésiter !
