Le personnel de l'établissement est consciencieux et attentionné. La piscine, le jacuzzi, le hamam, le sauna et la petite salle de fitness sont des plus qui font plaisir après une journée dans la ville de Tana. Je recommande.

Chambre spacieuse de façon gènèrale,avec un certain cachet (aspect minéral dans salle de bain, beau parquet) nous y sommes descendus 4 fois au cours de notre séjour, il peut y avoir du bruit certain soir sur la place, grand balcon. Hôtel en rénovation pour certaines chambres, 2eme étage à éviter actuellement.. Belle piscine. Bon restaurant, pdj correct. Personnel très aimable, attentif, responsable de l'hôtel très serviable et prête à rendre service.. Pour prendre un verre ne pas hésiter à aller au niveau qui se situe entre RDC et premier étage, qui est plus cosy !

Tout était super on a passé un super séjour pour mon anniversaire avec ma meilleure amie nous avons bien mangé, bien profité du spa, Hani eu sport à un dessert offert avec une musique de joyeux anniversaire, tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour moi! Je recommande, d’ailleurs nous comptons encore y séjourner pour l’anniversaire de mon mari en juin et très certainement en plus longue durée avec ma famille en juin avant de partir ce sera une expérience inoubliable pour ma famille et moi!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and were so impressed with the facilities that we ended up staying here twice during our trip. It's a 3 star hotel in the upper end. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch, which made our stay very comfortable We want to give a special thank you to Eddie at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us solve some issues we encountered during our trip. His efficiency truly made a difference, and we are incredibly grateful for his assistance. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Molto gradevole la reception. Camere in parte ristrutturate, confortevoli,piacevoli e ottima pulizia. Compreso nel prezzo della camera , oltre alla colazione a buffet, l utilizzo della SPA ; bellissima sorpresa. Spazio snack citron/poivre per chi vuol mangiare veloce e godere di un buon aperitivoo di una bevanda fresca. In alternativa il ristorante Le S.Germain con menù vario e di ottima qualità per colazione pranzo e cena . Accoglienza eccezionale , personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Posizione centrale ottima per tutti i servizi e negozi. Wifi gratuito. Grazie e a presto Rosanna

un endroit calme est aussi chalereux qui se trouve a cote de tout au centre ville leur acceil agreable et on y mange bien au restaurant et aussi bien servi dans leur bar et leur petit deujeuner tres bien fait c est un endroit au moins a rester pour quelques jours a Tananarive vous passer un bon sejours la bas

Bel établissement. Chambre standard petite. 2 choix de formule pour le petit déjeuner (buffet ou à la carte). Piscine, jacuzzi de qualité. Pour les massages, un peu déçu car j'ai pris un massage de 60 min qui en réalité n'a duré que 45 min ... La carte du restaurant est convenable mais les prix restent excessif. Par ailleurs, travaux tous les jours dans l'établissement...

A centrally located hotel in mid city centre. It has an indoor pool and SPA. Rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities being provided. It has a coffee shop and restaurant which serve multicuisine. Staff are welcoming, polite and professional. Would like to make a special mention of Vanessa F&B Manager who gave a personal touch during my stay catering to my vegetarian food preference and looking after other guests. Liliana at the Front office was very supportive catering to my requests.

OMG what an experience. I needed a hotel for two days as my flight with Air Mauritius was cancelled. My tried and true hotel The Corbert had no available reservations. What a nightmare. My door opened wide by itself three times on the first night. Could not be closed from inside The room. I went to have a sower very late in the morning as I had no wifi in my room or internal telepohone that was working. NO WATER. Next morning. Relieved to be leaving I thought I wouls have breakfast which.was incluuded as I had checked woth reception and I was told I did not have breakfast included by the restaurant manager who made a humiliating show of telling me this when I was surrounded by omelette and coffee. The reception told me I did not have breakfast. I called my travel agent who assured me I did and the matre d' and the restaurant manager did not apologise even though I was so humiliated i was in tears. I did have breakfast included . I didnt feel like eating after all the trouble. This was done to me for no reason whatever. You have been warned. Stay here at your own risk to peace of mind and comfort.. i should also add the only reason why any of my issues were sorted was because of Clarence, the front office manager. She was a beacon of light in this two day mess. THANK YOU Clarence.

We were on a tour and we returned to this hotel 4 times so we got 4 different rooms. The upgraded rooms are quite nice although one had a large metal support beam located where I had to be very careful not to run into it when going to the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and always provided change for us which not all hotels do. On one visit our room smelled very strongly of cleanser and we could not keep the doors open at night due to fear of mosquitos. They were full that night so we couldn't change rooms. Other times this did not happen. One weekend night there was a band playing very loudly in the dining room and we could hear it clearly in our rooms at 11 pm so probably best to avoid this hotel on weekends. If you want to be in town, it is a good location. if you are flying a lot, it is not as it is about an hour from the hotel to the airport. They have a beautiful pool in the basement.

Um pouco melhor que razoável já que a localização é fantástica, os quartos muito simpáticos, o staff gentil e o pequeno almoço bastante razoável. O reparo vai para a falta de insonorização dos quartos que acaba por afectar uma boa noite de sono.
