房間寬敞 稍微有點暗 離街很近 晚上比較吵 前台態度很好

Es un pequeño hotel de unas 10 habitaciones. Nosotros reservamos dos a un precio más ventajoso que en el propio centro. El hotel está a 5 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Los empleado son super amables y estuvieron pendientes del equipaje que no llegó hasta 48h después. Nos tramitaron la excursión al volcán Pacaya más barato que en las agencias de viaje siendo una buena experiencia. El hotel es super limpio, con televisión vía satélite y muchos canales y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. El desayuno es estupendo pudiendo cada día elegir uno distinto de una carta que te facilitan. Todo excelente. Si volvemos a Antigua sin duda que volveremos. Un 10 en todo!!

Loved this boutique hotel just on the edge of town (10 minute parque central). The rooms and the grounds were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. I usually don’t take advantage of the hotel breakfast because I strong coffee (usually espresso over ice) and something sweet, but I had the breakfast here four of the five mornings, and it was amazing every time. Two omelets and two pancakes with fruit. I had some trouble with my credit card and the young man at the desk—Manuel—was so helpful, allowing me use the phone so that I could work out the issue with my bank. He also opened wine for me at night and served me on the patio. All in all, this was a great stay in Antigua.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. There was a lovely common patio that we enjoyed siting on with our friends. Also, the included breakfast was delicious. The only problem was the internet- it was very slow and sometimes we couldn’t connect at all. This was a problem for me as I hoped to work while on this trip.

My room had a beautiful window seat with an awesome view. The staff was helpful and polite. They arranged transportation for me when I had a 6am flight! I loved this place!

This place is really lovely, the staff is very friendly and caring and the small courtyard is charming and beautiful. They serve breakfast (usually included in the price of accommodation) which is really fresh and delicious with eggs, beans, fruit, salsa etc. They serve coffee and have filtered water available plentifully. The views from the rooms are quite nice and the staff, again, is very caring. I took a solo hike to Acatanengo and the staff was worried about me (since it is HIGHLY unusual to do the hike unguided in a single day). They reached out to me to make sure i was okay and i thought that was beyond great service. Overall would stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend

Lovely room, quiet stay, good breakfast. Rafael\Raphael on night reception was beyond sweet and helpful. Good location just 5 blocks to the centre. Beautiful view of mountains. Cons: single occupant room was small, but perfect for one person. Could hear neighbours but thankfully they were considerate and quiet, as was I.

Nice hotel in a quiet area ,easy to walk to central area ,restaurants, shops . Very nice clean small room, common sitting areas for guests, and The staff was courteous , polite, attentive & friendly . The breakfast was also very good ..good tamales . I will be staying here again soon ..

The hotel is very nice and close to the center of Antigua. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and the service is amazing. Also, the hotel includes breakfast and it is delicious.

Un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo , el personal. EXCELENTE.

We stayed here for my daughters’ first trip back to Guatemala since we adopted them. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed and so clean. We felt more like family than guests because the hotel has such a homey feeling. Thank you to Tony, Mauricio, Ivana and Mindy for all the help you gave us during our stay. You all really do make a difference! We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Small, intimate, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly, the check in was a bit slow because there was only one person and many visitors checking in. They have limited parking space and you have to make reservations before getting there, but they were open to finding other options for me to leave my car. Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great breakfast.
