We had a fantastic stay, rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was great and clean.... had steps with rail for easy access to the water. places to sit around and watch the kids swim..... Great location to downtown for some shopping ... the staff was fantastic and was very happy with the food that was served for the breakfast.......Nice and clean and friendly staff .... i will defiantly be back again when im down visiting family in the area .

The Front Desk clerk was friendly and explained the amenities of the hotel. The hotel was in a great location if you want to fish or boat at a nearby lake. Hotel was clean. The only issue we had was the breakfast as they had bacon but no eggs. I thought they would have had a bit more variety on their breakfast offerings.

The staff stole a shirt of mine and lied about it. I had rented a suit and accidentally left the shirt behind. I did not bother checking for all of my suit clothes until a few days later, as the suit was not due back until then. I called to ask if they had it, which they told me that they did not. I called again later to let them know that I was certain that I had left it there, but the lady I spoke to told me that they did not have it. These following complaints are less important to me, but because I am rather pissed off about having to pay 40 dollars so that a hotel staff member gets a free shirt, I will complain about everything else now as well. First, I had called ahead to ask if I could check in early, as I had plans later in the day. I was told by the lady I spoke to that I could check in at 2:30pm instead of 3pm, so I told her on the phone that I would be there at that time to check in. I arrived at 2:31pm that same day to check in, however, no one was at the desk to help me for about six straight minutes. After a staff member finally appeared, she helped me to check in, but she took an extremely long time. I understand that asking to check in early is likely not extremely common and that I am asking a favor, but I did call ahead. The lady also appeared to be on the phone the entire time she was helping me, as she had some kind of earpiece in her ear. If I remember correctly, she also had a walkie-talkie, presumably to communicate with other staff members. I was in a hurry, so the fact that I had to wait for someone to help me, the fact that I was basically being ignored, and the fact that the lady took forever to check me in was annoying. The hotel has an ugly greenish color siding that is not shown on the pictures on Google, and one of the lamps in my room did not work. That's it, the end.

The fire alarm went off and the whole building was on alert ⚠️ it seemed like the staff on duty did not know how to disarm the accidental alarm but he was polite and calm and reassured me personally not to panic. It was loud and scary for 5 minutes + Our t.v remote had dead batteries halfway through our stay AND no internet connection 😑 but we survived it, this was the night of March 23rd. Highly satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, our view of the lake was absolutely beautiful from our room. The staff was polite and attentive to safety and well being of guests in the pool and breakfast area. The fire in the breakfast lobby was a great touch the morning of march 24th.

We are seasoned travelers and know good quality accommodations. This hotel did not disappoint. Shaun at the front desk was friendly and professional. Ray and Christina in Foxes were also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and made up everyday. We will recommend and will definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable. We’re here for a family wedding so just for one night. We stayed in a king room with a couch. There is a coffee maker, but no fridge or microwave. They serve a limited continental breakfast in the bar area. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub.
