We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay at Timberland Highlands Resort, and we must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, Ms. Gina at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and infectious energy. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism added a personal touch to our arrival, setting a positive tone for the rest of our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide us with all the necessary information, making us feel instantly at ease. During our spa session, we were fortunate to have Ms. Ella as our masseuse. Not only did she provide a truly relaxing massage, but she also engaged us in delightful conversations, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Her genuine passion for her work and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable and personalized. The managers at the Ridge Cafe deserve special mention for their professionalism, unwavering hospitality, and infectious jolliness. They ensured that every meal was served with care and attention to detail. They effortlessly managed the bustling café, yet never failed to accommodate our specific requests and dietary preferences. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting positive impression on us. Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.

My friend booked around 7 or 8 rooms in advance for an overnight stay, and here’s what we encountered: - We were placed on the 7th floor, where there was a noticeable varnish smell upon exiting the elevator. - One room had a cemented water drainage system, which caused flooding and inconvenience. - The air conditioner in one room was malfunctioning. - A door lock was broken, and we were advised to go to the lobby each time our friend needed to access their room. - We were required to wait in line for check-out, despite having a keycard drop box available. At that time, there was a long line for check-in and check-out. - Parking verification had to be done both at the lobby and in Basement 1. - The rooms were not ready by the check-in time. While the location is convenient, being close to Gateway Mall, the overall experience was disappointing, as it seemed we were assigned to rooms and floor that were not fully prepared for occupancy.

I love how big the family room was. The airconditioning is really cool and there’s even a bath tub! Plus it is walking distance from Araneta Coliseum. It was a nice stay with my family. The breakfast is also good. Looking forward ro the next concert so I can book here again

非常開心的一場旅行，和我的好朋友們第一次來馬尼拉。我們定的這個民宿老闆很熱情，不但給我們提供了免費的接機服務還給我們提供了完整的旅遊攻略。房間打掃得也很乾凈，周邊的環境非常好，很高大上的一座城市。

位置不錯，對面就是sm，購物很方便，樓下711，車到了會有服務員來提箱子。房間景觀比較好的看城市景觀的會比較吵，我們住另一邊比較安靜

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

位置很好，因為它靠近很多機構。酒店也不錯。屋頂、健身房和工作區。但問題是泳池。很髒而且有很多藻類。我已經通知了工作人員，但他們花了 1 天才關閉。問題還在於何時關閉它。他們沒有清理它。他們只是關閉它。如果是這樣的話，客人該如何享受呢？

飯店櫃檯的服務堪稱全場最佳，很友善並且有問必答，因為最後一天很早的飛機離開，有訂含早餐的房間，飯店幫我們準備外帶早餐（有蘋果、優格、蛋、和三明治）不是特別好吃但在清晨準備好讓我們外帶就很感激🥹 設施的部分有體驗泳池蠻舒服的泳池是方形的，旁邊的躺椅和吧台有提供付費點餐跟飲料，也有健身房。spa體驗後覺得普通沒有特別，真的很想做又不想出飯店再去即可。 我們住了三天，每天都有讓他稍微收拾房間，隔壁就是一個商場很好逛走個連通道過去又有另一個更大的商場，都蠻好逛的！早餐是吃到飽，早點去人比較少，飲料一入座就會問要什麼，吧台的餐食選項有麵包類，西式的跟中式的，還有菲律賓當地的。飯店離市區很遠，菲律賓交通壅塞，常常要出門就要花個半小時才抵達看谷歌10分鐘的路程，去到市區更是要花一小時走高速公路，時段收費也不同，搭grab是當地人推薦的，到機場車資偏高，如果住在這個飯店再周邊玩就好了，舟車勞頓蠻累的！

由於疫情的原因時隔四年又來到馬尼拉，每次來馬尼拉都會入住凱悦酒店。感覺還是非常親切的，從辦理入住到進入房間都很順利，員工還是很熱情的。每次住凱悦酒店的第一頓晚餐肯定要在酒店吃自助，我發現品種沒有疫情前多了，還有一個餐枱是空的，自助晚餐的湯是土豆濃湯太鹹了。房間裏的礦泉水是大玻璃瓶裝的，檔次看上去很高但不方便攜帶，而且瓶蓋打開後水喝不完的話就蓋不上了。其它都不錯，以後有機會再去馬尼拉還會選擇凱悦的！

我們在長灘島過夜。我提前通過電子郵件要求,讓他們在機場接我。我住在底層的珊瑚翼房間,但房間足夠大和舒適。有一個廁所２。在辦理登機手續時,我被要求在海邊或噴泉邊,所以我選擇了噴泉邊。從房間的客廳和浴室,我可以看到每小時舉行的噴泉表演,從下午6點以後。雖然聲音聽起來不那麼響亮。房間的好處是行李寄存空間很大,可以直接從入口處走,有帶亮燈的梳妝檯,大浴缸底部有防滑裝置。淋浴房裏有很多地方,例如長凳。便利設施的氣味很好,吹風機的風量也足夠。浴袍的觸感也很好。第二天早上的航班很早,所以我通過禮賓部安排了搶,但是我決定了叫醒時間,行李提貨時間等,然後將紙上的東西送到了房間。給了我。這是一個可靠的迴應。
