this hotel is in the center of town. although it is neat, clean and friendly, the rest of this property is not good. the room stinks of stale sigaret smell, the wifi does not work. we were a group of 11 people, at dinner one guest was never served dinner. in fact it is the next day and no apologies. the dining room is so small and loud that no one can converse. no english is spoken.

We were in this city hotel for one night only withoud a dinner. So I can say that breakfast wS above average Madagascar breakfast. Rooms are decent with smal verandas… service for drinks was fast and responsive. So overall a positive experience.

Dopo un viaggio estenuante, arrivare in questo hotel e’ stato un sogno. Bello, pulito, camere belle e spaziose e abbiamo cenato alla grande con un prezzo onestissimo! Personale sempre gentile, cortese e mai invadente. Consigliatissimo!

A nice hotel near the main boulevard in Antsirabe. The room is very small, but adequate. We dined in the restaurant and the food was tasty. Breakfast was included and was a nice buffet. The service was good as well. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for just one night.

Sehr gutes Rundreisehotel. Moderne, saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Wasser im Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück als Buffet. Abendessen wie in einem Sterne Restaurant schön präsentiert und geschmacklich perfekt. Sehr aufmerksamer Kellner !

Dès la réservation de plusieurs chambres par téléphone le 12 mai 2024, Mme Vatosoa m'a pris de haut. Je suis Malgache pour information. Elle exigeait un prépaiement de 50% lors de la réservation (ce qui à mon sens pourrait être une procédure normale pour certains hôtels), cependant une autre personne de nationalité étrangère dans notre groupe voulait confirmer la réservation, mais le prépaiement n'était comme par hasard non exigible et tolérable, par prétexte que ces personnes ne sont pas encore sur place ou je ne sais quoi. Ayant rappelé après pour demander des clarifications, madame m'a répondu d'une manière hautaine et orgueilleuse, ce qui est désolant. Les procédures ont bien été claires au début et logiquement devraient être appliquées peu importe l'origine des clients, ou bien y a-t-il des exceptions discriminatoires à la règle?

hôtel de standing par le prix et l'excellence de son personnel pas par les services!: literie moyenne, pas de paiement par CB visa, pas de chaînes d'infos françaises, pdj famélique et attention à la turista. au bout de 15 jours, j'ai changé pour un hôtel 2 fois moins cher (pdj compris) , ouf.

Habitación pequeña. Estuvimos dos veces, a la ida y a la vuelta de nuestro recorrido, nos dieron la misma habitación con la cerradura de la puerta que no funcionaba, ni siquiera se molestaron en arreglarla. Mal servicio, incluido el del desayuno, por lo que pareció, los primeros que desayuann son los que tienen opciones, el resto nos tenemos que conformar con las sobras o ni eso...

We spent one night at Plumeria Hotel in Antsirabe. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was convenient for us. The room itself was comfortable enough for a short stay, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. That said, we did notice quite a lot of cockroaches in the courtyard area, which was a bit uncomfortable even though none were inside the room. With a bit more attention to cleanliness in the outdoor spaces, the overall experience could be much better. A decent option for a short stop in Antsirabe, with potential to improve.

This is a nice hotel with friendly, competent staff. The common areas are impressive. Love the open fire in the lounge. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable if a bit basic. It would be really nice if the rooms had tea and coffee making. I like a cup of coffee first up before I have get dressed. I would have given 3.5 stars if available.

It is ok if you do not expect too much, arrive late and leave early. As rooms and the lobby both are not very inviting for relaxation. The rooms are business like, beds are comfortable and there is a safe, but no airco nor moscitonets. It you have a room at the Main Street it is quite noisy, especially if you have a big tourgroup leaving early morning, The lobby has no ambiance what so ever. About the food I do not know: there was a big senior tourgroup, so we fled and had dinner somewhere else. In my opinion it is a typical tour-group hotel, efficient but no personality. Definitely no place to come to and relax after a tired day. We decided to leave after 1 night for the voyageur which was maybe less comfortable but much more inspiring.

the hotel itself would deserve maybe 1 point more. The room "Suite 3" was big and everything was going well. Unfortunately to very loud street side, but room clean big and good. The service of the team however was unsatisfied for the style of the hotel. if you take the 2 coffee capusle in the room you have to pay 4 US-Dollars! The service in the hotel restaurant was very slow and the they even forget to invocie us everything. No open wines available and very angry, just today the credit-card terminal was not use....only cash payable

European-style hotel, clean, comfortable, modern rooms and nice bathrooms - a real luxury when you're on the road in Madagascar. Staff are friendly, restaurant has good range of European-style cuisine. Service was good. Wifi throughout the hotel. TV in room.
