阿拉斯酒店及商務公寓(Arass Hotel & Business Flats)

Aucune explication pour se reperer ...ascenseur réception parking un peu compliqué, il faut tirer sur une corde pour sortir du parking ( cela aurait été sympa de nous le dire ...) les appartements côté rue sont hyper bruyants , tres mauvaise insonorisation, passage de voiture , de véhicule d urgence toute la nuit avec les sirenes ...impossible de dormir correctement Les escaliers pour monter aux chambres ne sont pas sécurisés, c est tres dangereux ! Le logement etait néanmoins propre et assez bien équipé mais le bruit de la route associé aux travaux juste en face sont insupportables

Siamo stati per un paio di giorni in questo hotel, ci è stato dato un appartamentino al sesto piano.. Il corridoio del sesto piano è abbastanza squallido, inoltre non credo che diano mai una pulita alla ascensore, una puzza terribile. Appartamento senza alcuna pretesa... Per 2 giorni sopportabile. Il personale alla reception molto cordiale. Non è assolutamente vicino al centro, a piedi ci vogliono minimo 40 minuti....

Hallo, wir arbeiten seit 2023 mit Arass Hotel zusammen und ich kann nur positives Feedback geben.Das Hotel ist sehr professionell, schnell erreichbar und ein sehr guter Kundenservice. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für Euren Support und Gastfreundlichkeit.

The apartment itself, on two levels, was lovely, and quite comfortable. The location of the property was great, just 15 mins from the station. But the room was noisy, in terms of hearing the banging about of other apartment users. There were dead bugs squashed against ceilings and walls. The heating didn't work. On the third day, the WiFi stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The check-in took too long, as the reception was unmanned and we waited for a little while until someone came out to greet us and check us in. We were given an upgrade to a big flat and that was a nice surprise. The flat had a note asking us to clean the kitchen before we left to avoid being charged for cleaning. I find that excessive. This is a hotel after all and it is expected for room maids to clean after you when you check out.

Good location, handy for the train station and a tram line into the centre. Room was a good size and comfortable, given the heatwave in Antwerp during our visit the air con was very welcome. Quite a bit of noise from other guests who seemed to congregate in the hallways but managed a decent sleep all the same.

Second time at Arass! Starting to feel like a second home. Great service overall!

I stayed fir 2 months and I really enjoyed my stay. Cleaning staffs are really good, they cleans the room twice a week. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Management team is also good, they responds very quickly of your any query. I can say ARASS hotel is best for stay in Antwerp.
