My wife and I stayed here for two nights from 20th to the 22nd of October. We were in room 305. We have stayed in many hotels/resorts in Queensland which looked great on their website but then were an utter let down on arrival. The Monaco IS NOT one of those places. The building and grounds are spotless, bright, modern and welcoming. Our room was absolutely amazing. It was clean and modern and well maintained. We had a fabulous view from our balcony of the Pumicestone Passage and street along the promenade. The hotel is 50 metres from the sea and cafes and is in a brilliant location. Parking is free too. Our room had a fully equipped modern kitchen which gives you the option of self catering or using the many cafes and restaurants which are all within walking distance. What can we say.......the hotel was absolutely fabulous. We will be back.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely the apartment was. Two bedroom and two balconies. Spacious and clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the washing machine and it was corrected very quickly. Great location. We would definitely stay at the apartments again
We were a group of 10 ladies who enjoyed three apartments at Capeview Apartments for three nights. The apartments are well positioned, being within easy walking distance to the shops, the tavern, surf club and beaches. We all enjoyed magnificent views over the beach to the ocean. The apartments were nicely renovated, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. They were also impeccably clean. The heated swimming pool was an absolute delight. The apartments were very well provisioned with appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, food wraps, etc. Our building manager, Andy, was so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He even acted as a porter, transporting luggage from the car park up to the apartments on arrival and back on check out. I would have no hesitation in booking again to enjoy a few days in one of these lovely apartments at this beautiful location.
We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroomed apartment with lake views from the huge balcony. We really enjoyed the stay and are planning to book again for this year. The table on the balcony was great for meals or just relaxing. Inside the place was spacious and had everything needed including washer and dryer. The carpet had definitely seen better days and needs replacing and the lounge furniture need to be freshened up by a good clean or replace. Otherwise the rooms were spotlessly clean. The pool area could do with some plants in pots. We didn't swim as the pool was pretty cold and we had rainy weather a couple of days. Reception staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. we were upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 which was really great. We look forward to our comfortable stay whilst seeing more of the area when we return in November this year.
We were 4 adults, first time in Kings beach. The best location, close to the beach and restaurants. The 2 room apartment was lovely, balcony over the coffee shops at the front. Main bedroom large and roomy, second bedroom not to big, but as we were out most of the time, was fine. Bathrooms good, kitchen great, laundry nice to have. Pool was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the entry to the parking, very steep hill and scraped our exhaust on the way down and the front spoiler on the way up. Would suggest fixing this. Otherwise very enjoyable stay, will be back for sure
