Beautiful five star hotel in Valencia, close to a beautiful beach and various beach side restaurants. The room was comfortable and filled with great treats, from the luxury bathroom products to the coffee machine and daily chocolates (all included in the price). All staff were welcoming and friendly, including the taxi drivers that are always available outside the hotel. Short drive from the hotel to the airport, city centre or train station. Highly recommend the spa and a massage.

Stayed here for a winter city break over a long weekend in early February. Check in was easy, offered and upgrade for a small cost but decided to stick with what I originally booked. I was glad I did, standard room was huge, no need for anything more! Breakfast was great, really good selection of good quality food, filled me up for the day to explore beautiful València! Buses easily available with various stops a shot walk from the hotel make getting around the city an absolute breeze. Really good metro links direct you easily to and from the airport (hotel is about a 20min walk from the nearest metro). All in all, a great stay, would certainly return, hotel exceeded expectations!

Hotelis in an excellent location for visiting museums with kids and close to two big shopping malls. Turia park is round the corner for good walks and cycling. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. A place I would definitely go back to!

偉大的經歷始於我們穿過門的時候;我們早早的航班,所以我們不得不等待我們的房間。在那期間,酒店提供了一些卡瓦和其他茶點。同樣的待遇繼續了我們一週的剩餘時間。工作人員絕對是親人,酒店是我們參觀過的最好的酒店之一,非常乾淨安靜,早餐在鎮上是最好的。位置很好,如果您需要出租車,大堂的夥計們正在處理它。非常強烈的推薦。

房間雖然不大，但是設施挺齊全，早餐也十分豐盛，美中不足在於掛畫過於抽象，膽小的uu們慎重哦

這家酒店是一個可愛的發現。就在雷納廣場的大教堂旁邊,在接待處抵達時熱情地迎接。我們很早就爲我們儲存了行李,然後開始探索。下午3點後返回,發現我們的房間很可愛。你需要的一切,非常現代,房間裏有冰箱和咖啡機,微波爐和爐竈。加上保險箱和長袍。WiFi非常好。屋頂露台上可愛的小游泳池和6張帶泳池毛巾的日光浴牀。不錯的小區域,可以坐在露台上和可愛的小酒吧。早餐在這裏供應,不錯,簡單但美味。沒有什麼我可以挑剔的,會強烈推薦這家酒店給任何訪問巴倫西亞的人。

交通：自駕門僮可以幫助去停車 酒店旁邊就是停車場 打車的話整個城市都不好打 不是酒店的問題 衞生：還可以 但設施陳舊 環境：安全舒適 但也沒什麼風景可看 服務：早餐服務員忙不過來 已經是當地很好的了，但是比起其它Westin仍然可以更好

The rooms are decorated beautifully and bathrooms are immaculate. The location is just perfect couldn't ask for better. Food and drink was all walkable. It was our honeymoon so we asked for a upgrade if there was a better rooms available, but we were not given one even though a member of staff confirmed they had nice rooms available that had not been booked. There was a lot of noice form the hallway and also the stress which made it hard to sleep at night. We also heard creaking and other strange noises which made us uncomfortable. There was also no locks to the bedroom doors which make us feel unsafe therefore we had to move the sofa infront of the door every single night to feel safe. Also the balcony’s was alot smaller that expected. My husband is of a average build but has a wide back and could not sit on the balcony therefore it was a waste of money for us to buy the balcony room (there we no pictures when booking) I am petite and this was just enough rooom for me to sit with little to mo movement. The AC was our biggest issue and really made our stay here uncomfortable. It was asif there was no AC at all. When we asked for the hotels staff to look into this for us we were told that it is only a 1 year old hotel and that the AC has no sound but it is always working without even going to our room and checking. It was blowing out the most minute breeze (only at times and not always) and this was not even a cold breeze despite being on the coldest temperature and the highest fan setting, taking into account the room was not even big and still could got get it cold. We did the next day ask for a fan as the AC was still not working and we were told they do not offer this and that that is the was the AC works in Valencia. It was disappointing to be out in the heat all day to come back to a warm hotel room. I would expect better from a new 1 year hotel and it was not cheap as we paid £1100 for just for 4 nights. My husband struggled to stay her for 4 nights and could not wait to get back home. We would not stay here again unless there was improvements to the AC.
