Loved this place. We have been here before and will come again. Spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here was a great time. We had all the amenities we needed, plus some. The only downside was paying for a deluxe suite and having the amount of noise exposure for what was supposed to be the quietest rooms. Otherwise, fantastic, great service, friendly welcoming staff and good laughs and entertainment, food was well cooked and tasty too. Will be coming back for sure! Fa'afetai lava. D + J

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, where the experience began with a warm and heartfelt welcome. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful mosooi lei, a lovely touch that immediately set the tone for a luxurious and thoughtful stay. The customer service throughout my visit was impeccable—staff members were attentive and professional. A particularly nice touch was the personal service provided to our rooms, where I was delighted to receive a serving of traditional Samoa chips, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to offering local and unique experiences. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. With an impressive variety of fresh tropical fruits, local specialties, and made-to-order dishes, it truly offered something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the quality of the food was top-notch. While the food was delicious, it’s worth noting that it was on the pricier side, but given the high quality and the beautiful setting, it felt justified as an occasional treat While most of our stay was flawless, there were a few areas for improvement. We did notice some hair on the bathroom doors, and unfortunately, there was a blood stain on the sheet cover. It’s clear that the cleaning team usually maintains high standards, but these small details indicate that a bit more attention is needed in certain areas. Despite this, the overall experience was still highly enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.

went with my partner for a one night stay just to try it and would have to say very nice and service was top tier, will for sure be going back for a longer stay next time

Food was good, the room was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic, one staff member even gave us a freshly cut coconut

We stayed here at the end of our 8 day trip and all I can say was it was beautiful. Taumeasina was very busy (Mothers Day weekend) but that didn't stop the wonderful service we were welcomed with lei's and welcome drinks and escorted to our beautiful room (210) perfectly close but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I travelled with my Mother and 2 sisters and wished we had booked here first and stayed for a little bit longer. We also attended the FIA FIA night and that was such a good show and so fun. The only negative was not being having the best seat for FIA FIA night as we were located closer to the back and I think due yo the weather (rainging) they had set up under the shelter which from where we were seating was hard to see most of the show but from what we did see it was a beautiful show. We hope to be back again soon to enjoy the beautiful resort and its amenities. Fa'afitai lava

酒店環境還可以，但酒店管理極差，住了那麼多酒店，沒遇到過在房間的牀頭櫃有一櫃子的尿在裏面而清潔的人沒有被發現，一個非常糟糕的酒店。

We had a wonderful stay at Taumeasina Hotel. The customer service was excellent- staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The view was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The food was delicious with great variety, and the show was entertaining and well-organized. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel and service was good. Staff attentive when approached and can offer assistance when required. I had requested an early check in, however was not aware early check in could only be accommodated from 8am- I landed at 4am. Restaurants onsite are typical however not as grande as other pacific island resorts and restaurants. I ventured to local restaurants (easy to walk to and safe for a solo traveller) and was able to easily walk into town. Just a side note, I found I was unable to book tours via the hotel as I was a solo traveller and they require a minimum of 2 people per booking. I managed to find other ways to book and see Samoa however it wasn’t as easy as walking to the tour desk. Overall though I was happy with my stay!

This is a very good resort. It was very clean and the staff are very try responsive and very friendly.
