Extremely helpful and courteous staff. I arrived early and they invited me to sit and work on my computer in the dining area. As soon as a room was available, they checked me in. Questions i asked or any need I had, they were willing and capable to help. I would highly recommend this property.

Staff was great. Friendly. Answered all of my questions. Took and overall hotel was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great,

The room was clean and kept nice. It was a cold evening so the place felt warm and inviting. Would recommend

After each stay, I rate this hotel 5 stars. It’s very clean, rooms are nice, bed & pillows are comfortable, & staff is amazing. But the hotel has now changed the room’s climate control to a digital system with very little user control. The room was too hot because the system was set to heat the room (it’s Florida, even in winter), with maximum & minimum temperatures already programmed in. It was too late to call maintenance & we were checking out the next morning so nothing could be done.

There were multiple strands of hair in the bed and the room smelled. I asked for another room which was cleaner although the shower still had hair in it

Aside from the strong cigarette smell, which was off putting, I have no complaints
