阿爾馬沙度假村(Almarsa Village Resort)

تجربة سيئة جدا. كنت حاجز غرفتين ليلتين وعندما وعندما وصلت لم تكن الغرف جاهزة وبقينا في الانتظار في صالة يفترض انها ريسبشن ولكنها لاتصل الى ادنى مواصفات الريسبشن. والحو حار جدا ورطوبة عالية ومع ذلك لم يقم الموظف بتشغيل المكيفات رغم طلبنا المتكرر بذلك. وبعد انتطار فوق الساعتين اخبرنا ان الغرف جاهزة. للاسف كانت الغرف تفتقد الى النظافة والاسرة والملايات متسخة والحمام فيه تسريب مياه وبعض الصراصير ميتة في الزوايا. الخدمات سيءة جداً جداً. لا يقدمون لك شيئاً في الغرف حتى ابسط الاشياء متل الصابون وورق التواليت. الغيت غرفة ونمت لليلة واحدة وغادرت في اليوم التالي مبكرا. لا انصح احداً بالحجز في هذا المكان.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, en face de la plage (route mais peu de passants). Le personnel est accueillant mais manque cruellement de professionnalisme, nous avions besoin de serviettes pour la douche et c’est seulement après avoir insisté et attendu toute la journée que nous avons pu les avoir. La chambre n’était pas très propre (cheveux, cafard écrasé, emballage..), la piscine aussi. Il y a un gros problème de prise impossible de charger son téléphone nous avons du le faire dans un autre endroit. Le petit déjeuner est relativement complet et bon (self) . La plongée sous marine (en supplément) est extraordinaire (le cadre est fabuleux, bons moniteurs) le problème est que je n’ai pas pu avoir le tampon indiquant que j’ai plongé (nécessaire pour passer à un autre niveau) chaque fois c’était repousser jusqu’à notre départ.

My buddy and I just had the most epic diving adventure in Aqaba, and it all started with our killer choice of hotel – a full-blown dive haven! Forget the usual resort routine, this place was all about diving deep (pun intended) and creating unforgettable underwater memories.

Very helpful and friendly. We came to rent snorkling gear and were helped very well. Recommended place! Besides that the place is well located, because its only a 1 min walk to the beach. Also the corals are very nice to snorkel through at south beach

The hotel rooms are situated on various floors around a central swimming pool. It seemed we were the only guests as the entire complex was empty and we never saw a single person. The room was clean enough but we had to step over what looked like human excrement ,complete with dirty toilet paper at the room entrance. There were no towels or toilet paper so we immediately returned to reception to ask for these items plus a bin to deposit soiled toilet paper. The reception desk clerk said that none of the things we wanted were available but that he would let us have them when they 'arrived'. As there were no restaurants on site we crossed the road to a nearby Hotel for coffee. On our way back we were accosted by a staff member who suspiciously asked us what we were doing. We replied that we were returning to our bedroom but he did not understand and pointed us to reception. After two hours had elapsed we again walked to reception to ask again for toilet paper etc. Again the reply was that none was available at the present time. After another hour had elapsed and still the basic items had not arrived we decided to leave. We were forced to pay half the daily room rate for the three hours we had spent there. We were relieved when our taxi arrived and we were away from that depressing place.
