格雷弗恩酒店(Hotel Grifone)

Siamo stati in questo magnifico hotel per una settimana bianca dei sogni cucina squisita personale sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente e tanta cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff .in particolare a me e il mio amico ci hanno aiutato con un problema della mia auto accompagnandoci dal meccanico.insomma che dire tornerei molto molto volentieri al hotel grifone perché ti coccolano e ti fanno rilassare .

Che dire , eccellente in tutto , cordialità del personale , servizio sala impeccabile,cucina varia, curata e gustosa, camere ottime per confort e pulizia,ricevimento sempre pronto alle esigenze e con il sorriso sempre pronto , si respira un'aria familiare in tutto l'hotel,ci torneremo sicurente.

L’hotel grifone ha una ottima posizione in mezzo al passo. Posto tranquillo e incredibilmente vicino agli impianti. Ci si arriva con il pulmino dell’hotel in pochissimi minuti e il personale è sempre cordiale e molto disponibile. Il servizio è incredibile… in particolare il sommelier che si trova al banco bar durante il giorno e la sera, mentre aiuta nella scelta vini durante i pasti. Assolutamente consigliato il drink white sensation… anche se non è l’unico drink che ho trovato incredibilmente buono durante la permanenza. Il sommelier è molto preparato e ha un ottimo gusto, in grado sempre di consigliare e inventare drink alcolici e analcolici che stupiscono! Ovviamente un altro punto forte del grifone sono i pasti che lasciano sempre con un ottima sensazione di sazietà e soddisfazione.

We have been home for just over a week now and are missing the wonderful hospitality of Hotel Grifone and the amazing Dolomites. ALL of the staff looked after us with great care and attention. We truly had a terrific time. From the minibus drivers to the receptionists to the room maids to the restaurant staff and the chefs THANK YOU! We hope to see you again in the future.

Hotel Grifone exceeded my expectations with its location, exceptional service and the delicious cuisine. What enriched the experience even more was the genuine care provided by the staff members. Overall, I'd give the hotel an absolute excellent rating.

We travelled with Ingham’s for a week’s skiing and had a fabulous week staying at the Grifoni. The interior design of the hotel is just lovely. Sitting in front of the fire with a glass of Prosecco during the welcome drinks was bliss. The food and wine are five star as is the service. The location on the Sella Rondo perfect and the minibus transfers to and from the slopes continuous which made life so easy. The pool, sauna, steam room and plunge pool are so welcome after a day on the slopes. so clean and in such a good condition. All the staff work together to make sure their guests have a fabulous stay. Nothing is too much trouble. We will be returning either independently or with Inghams.

What a surprise to find such a lovely hotel after many years of skiing. The staff were always pleasant , helpful and went beyond the call of duty. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The food and menus were varied and delicious. There was an exceptional maitre d and the dining staff supporting him were quite special i. Incredible shuttle service and what more can I say but a big thank you!

Hotel Grifone is a culinary gem of a place to stay, extra-friendly and helpful staff, super easy transfers to the slopes so it was almost better than ski in/out as you really didn't need to carry skis anywhere and never waited more than a few minutes for the shuttle both ways. Mauro, our waiter for the week, was particularly special and excellent. Also the ski shuttle drivers Rashid and Emiliano made it so easy and were always bustling about trying to do even more for you. The hotel is "traditional" decor, not contemporary, but this feels quite cosy and nice for skiing. Just be aware this hotel is not "in" Arabba. It is totally out on its own in the valley, 10mins drive from Arabba. It was lovely to be peaceful and it's a great spot but if we'd better understood the location we would have brought more cash (the nearest ATM is in Arabba and you simply don't pass it) and been better prepared to bring absolutely anything we might need (first aid etc) since there are no shops right nearby. This also means you wouldn't go anywhere else for dinner - but then, you'd be mad to, since the food is truly amazing here! The ski area is great and the scenery spectacular- very different to the Alps. The piste maps are quite confusing and the labelling is not always very accurate (beware the "blue" off top of Cherz lift near the hotel, which is distinctly red at the bottom!) - I would just caution anyone with beginner skiers about staying at Grifone- you do have to be able to ski a red comfortably in order to get over to the ski school in Arabba - or the hotel can take you by bus but this is on an exception basis. Or you might consider using Corvara, where there seems to be much more ski school options (plus it would be gettable-to from Grifone without skiing at all, using a chairlift and down a bubble, if there are total beginners in your party.

Just back from a week's ski holiday here, and it was excellent. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower, and the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. But the two key features were first, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff were outstanding. They clearly took pride in providing excellent service, and were very helpful. This included the transit shuttle to and from the skilifts, which worked perfectly. They took care to save us a wonderful cold meal for our late arrival. This brings us to the second key feature, which was the quality of the food. We have been to several good ski hotels in Italy, and this was a cut above in the quality of the dining experience. Real attention to detail, a wonderful range for the antipasto and dessert buffets, and very high culinary skills. All this supported by the superb service mentioned above. Oh, and the wine list was extraordinarily good and reasonably priced. We would happily return time and again!
