阿尼諾斯酒店的評論

位置很不錯，就在中央廣場上，出門就有很多餐廳，步行2分鐘還能到海邊的商業街。挺小巧的精品酒店。入住的是頂樓（4樓）的套房，有專屬超大露台，可看到整個廣場和部分海景，非常棒（圖3）。露台上還有套房獨用的hot tub。服務人員也挺熱情的。總體來説入住體驗很不錯，雖然設施各方面肯定沒有5星標準，但在這個島上應該已是不錯的選擇。另外，酒店11月-4月歇業。

Ειναι ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πλατείας, εχει πιατσα ταξί και ολα ειναι σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Οι υπάλληλοι πολυ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και αρκετά ικανοποιητικό το πρωινό. Επίσης ειχε καλή ηχομόνωση απο την βαβούρα της πλατείας. Γενικά ηταν μια καλή εμπειρία.

Αριστο σημειο, πολυ καλες παροχες και εξυπηρετικοτατο το προσωπικο （πρεπει να ξεχωρισω τη Μαρινα, η οποια ειναι αριστη στην επικοινωνια με τον πελατη）. Το συνιστω ιδιαιτερα για ζευγαρια που θελουν και την ησυχια , αλλα και τον κοσμο.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο, μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και ιδιαίτερα η Μαρίνα. Καθαρό, άνετο, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Έχει άριστη θέση μπροστά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Η ανακαίνιση του είναι πολύ προσεγμένη. Εν ολίγοις είναι μια καλή επιλογή για ξεκούραση και αξέχαστες διακοπές. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Είχαμε κλείσει 6 διανυκτερεύσεις,2 στην σουίτα και 4 σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο.Κατα την άφιξη μας（17:30） μετά από ένα πολύωρο ταξίδι περίμεναμε με ανυπομονησία να χαλαρώσουμε στο τζακουζι.Οταν ανοίξαμε το κάλυμμα του είδαμε να έχει άμμο!!Πήραμε την κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν η οποία ήρθε με 10λεπτη καθυστέρηση,το είδε και μας είπε ότι θα μιλήσει με τον τεχνικό και θα μας ενημερώσει πράγμα το οποίο έγινε μετά από 30 λεπτά περίπου για να μας πει ότι της είπε ο τεχνικός ότι είναι άλατα δικτύου.Στο άκουσμα της διάγνωσης μέσω τηλεφώνου και υποτιμοντας την νοημοσύνη μου της είπα ότι αυτό δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι άλατα δικτύου γιατί δεν θα δούλευε ούτε ένα πλυντήριο σε όλο το Αργοστόλι.Επειτα από μια διαμάχη για το τι μπορεί τελικά να είναι,αποδέχτηκαν ότι υπήρχε πρόβλημα με ένα ζευγάρι που ήταν πριν από εμάς και είχαν μπει με άμμο θαλάσσης μέσα!!!!Ήρθε ο τεχνικός （21:30） και το καθάρισε.Την επόμενη μέρα γυρνώντας από την θάλασσα στης（19:30） περίπου δεν είχαμε νερό να κάνουμε μπάνιο, ξανά φωνάξαμε την κοπέλα από τη ρεσεψιόν η οποία ήταν η ίδια με την προηγούμενη μέρα είδε ότι όντως δεν έχουμε νερό και μας είπε ότι θα μιλήσει και πάλι με τον τεχνικό και θα μας ενημερώσει.Πραγμα για το οποίο για περίπου 40 λεπτά δεν είχαμε καμία ενημέρωση,τότε αναγκάστηκα να κατέβω στην ρεσεψιόν για να βρούμε μια λύση τότε ηταν που άκουσα το καλύτερο ότι επειδή λέει είναι ώρα αιχμής και κάνουν πολύ μπάνιο στο ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει πολύ πίεση για να φτάσει στην σουίτα!!Ζήτησα να μας πει τι χρωστάμε για να αποχωρήσουμε από το ξενοδοχείο γιατί αν αυτα συμβαίνουν της δύο πρώτες μέρες της διαμονής μας στην σουίτα δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τι θα γίνει στο απλό δωμάτιο!!Τότε ζήτησε ο ιδιοκτήτης να μιλήσει μαζί μου τηλεφωνικός και μου ζήτησε να μην αποχωρήσουμε και ότι θα λυθεί σύντομα το πρόβλημα.Το οποίο λύθηκε εν τέλει στις （21:15） περίπου.Στο δια ταύτα μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο,το απλό δωμάτιο είναι πολύ καλύτερο της σουίτας!!!! Κόστος σουίτας 250€/ διανυκτέρευση Την τελευταία μέρα όταν πήγαμε να πληρώσουμε για την όλη ταλαιπωρία μας έκοψαν 120€ από τον λογαριασμό.Δυστυχως τα 120€ δεν εξαγοράζουν δύο μέρες ταλαιπωρίας στις διακοπές μας!!!!

Primeiro quero avaliar de forma muito positiva a RECEPCIONISTA ANA do Aenos Hotel, ela é uma profissional excelente que acolheu a mim e meu marido com muita dedicação e profissionalismo. Aenos Hotel excelente! Localização, estrutura, quarto, café da manhã, e ainda teve drink de boas vindas quando chegamos. Eu recomendo!

Ottimo hotel che affaccia sulla piazza principale di Argostoli. Camere pulite e pulizia giornaliera. Colazione a buffet molto varia e buona, con personale gentile e sempre sorridente. Unica pecca, la camera senza balcone e la presenza di poche stampelle in camera (solo 3 stampelle).

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, e com bom café da manhã. A equipe de pessoas que faz o atendimento é muito atenciosos e educados !!! Muito mesmo … pegue um quarto maior e por isso bem espaçoso ! Banheiro limpo e moderno … uma varandinha virada para a principal praça da cidade. Voltaria nesse hotel com toda certeza

Wonderful warm welcome from reception when we arrived, cases taken to our room and air con put on, while we had a cold drink to recover from our journey. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. The bedding and pillows were so comfy, lovely en suite with free toiletries replenished every day. Free water in the fridge, lovely small balcony where we could see the square and the sea. Loved the location, loved the place and loved the staff.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely nice and plentiful. We had two rooms. One for the parents and one for the kids. Parents room was great and spacious and the kids room was a little cramped but the location was perfect! Lots to do within walking distance. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This stay was amazing, I would definitely recommend this as the top place in Kefalonia. Fotis Zapantis, whom checked us in and helped me with all my business needs provided excellent service throughout my few days. Cannot wait to come back to Kefalonia and stay at the Aenos!

Another comfortable, relaxing stay in this charming hotel. As always, the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and the breakfast as excellent as always. Spotlessly clean and we had a lovely (upgraded) room with a balcony overlooking the square. And such great value. Highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel. Ideally situated for exploring Argostoli. Staff are very attentive and always asking if you need anything. We stayed in room 401 which is top floor and accessed by a lift. Room is luxurious, large comfortable bed, lovely pillows and the shower room has a lovely big shower. Luxury toiletries are included as was water in the room fridge. WiFi and aircon are also included. The terrace is amazing! Excellent views of the city and sea. Comfortable chill out chairs, 2 sunbeds and a very good hot tub. Perfect temperature for chilling out. We stayed bed and breakfast, food and coffees were all very good. Would we return? In a heartbeat.

Superb views across the square and harbour. Room was lovely although only 5 or 6 hangers. Not enough for 2 people for a week. We had the suite with panoramic views and outdoor jacuzzi. Unfortunately we didn't use the jacuzzi as it appeared dirty with scum lines. 2 of the receptionist were lovely and the lady we saw sometimes in the evening with blonde curly hair. The hairdryer was not fit for purpose for such an expensive vacation. The safe didn't work on arrival but was sorted with some new batteries. Breakfast was the usual free for all with gannets piling up their plates and usually leaving half of it. Juice only available a few days out of the 7. Cleaner took our pass key from our room and when we questioned this the housekeeper denied it. Then it miraculously turned up again after one receptionist said we would be charged, even though we didn't lose it in the first place. Bed was too soft. Water bottles in the fridge were said to be replenished everyday and they weren't. Toiletries should have also been replenished for such a luxury suite. We had to ask at receptionist for more soap. Best thing was the view and balcony plus some of the reception ladies. All being said, we would stay at Aenos Hotel Kefalonia again if some improvements were made.
