聖約翰別墅及水療中心(Hotel St John Villas)

J'ai une seule chose à dire c'est que la directrice Narcis s'occupera de vous bien plus qu'il se doit. J'ajoute tout de meme que le service, l'accueil, les chambres sont tout simplement top. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Prenez le transfert directement avec l'hotel et la location de vehicule en ville c'est moins chère. Les avions passent au dessus de l'hotel mais cela n'est pas trop derangeant. Animations : Pour les bars musicaux avec bon repas et boisson, allez à Laganas. Mais pour revenir au principal, personnellement une note de 17/20 pour l'hotel. Bisous Narcis. Steve

We stayed for a week in Iris Villa. There was everything you needed. The washing machine didn’t work ( we had a two year old with us), but after a phone call to reception it was sorted out, the same with the iron. I guess not many people used them so the staff weren’t to know. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were really comfy. The weather wasn’t kind to us but it was nice to have somewhere to sit inside. The villas are on quite a steep hill, but you can walk downhill to the main bit and get a taxi back. The food in Noya was lovely however the drinks were quite expensive (8 euros for a small glass of wine). We were a little shocked to be charged 70 euros for a travel cot, but we needed it as the steps were quite steep and didn’t want to run the risk of a toddler falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. Having said all this we had a fabulous time, the guys with the buggies are brilliant as are all the staff. I would definitely recommend these villas and wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a family holiday.

The villas are beautiful with amazing views. The staff were lovely and the restaurant one of the best in the huge resort. The only down side is that the villas are a 10 minute walk up a very very steep hill. We asked at reception if they could transport us down the hill on the buggy as it was dark and quite treacherous in heels but were told No. The steepness of the hill makes it unsuitable for elderly people or people with children.

We recently stayed in a suite for nine nights. The suites are right at the top of a steep hill but the views are spectacular and there is a welcome breeze! Despite Tsivili being too busy for us, you would think you were in the middle of nowhere. The suite is nice and spacious and the pool is a good sized too. And a perfect temperature! They are also very, very private, especially the ones at the end. It has everything that you need and the Wi-Fi is good there as well. The staff at the hotel are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and polite. We particularly liked Abdul, the golf buggy driver, who was so happy and hardworking. We never got a chance to say 'thank you' to him so we hope it's passed on. Also, Toni in the resturant was so happy and friendly and the breakfast waitress, Irene, was also very good. The food and drinks are a very good quality too. The breakfasts each morning were tasty and huge! I could last not eating again until night time! You can also change what you want but there is a good range anyway. We ate in the resturant twice and enjoyed both meals as well. The signature cocktails - created by Toni - are delicious, so remember to try them! There are lots of bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill, but take care as it can be slippy. In particular, there was a lovely Greek cafe bar right at the bottom, where we would go and chat to the lovely owners. It's before the rowdiness of the centre! They have a barbecue on a Saturday night too which is tasty and super value for money. Thank you to all at St. John Suites! Room 108

Wir reisten als Paar an und wurden leider schon am Empfang nicht freundlich begrüßt. Das Frühstück bestand aus weißem Toast, nach langer Wartezeit bekam man dann Eier und eine kleine Schale Obst. Frische Säfte konnten für 6,50 Euro bestellt werden. Daher waren wir im gesamten Zeitraum nur einmal im Hotel frühstücken. Die Poolhandtücher wurden nicht täglich gewechselt und auch die Dusche war , nach der täglichen Reinigung dreckig. Generell ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage des Hotels.

I went to zakynthos with my friends and we stayed in one of the St John villas. The location was really nice with beautiful view and near to all the good places! There was a golf buggy that transfer us from the villas to the exit and to their restaurant Noya so we didn’t have to walk. The Villa was really nice with modern decorations and excellent WiFi service. Very clean house and the staff was very polite. The villa had its own beautiful garden and pool. It was the perfect accommodation for a large group of friends! We had a very good time, it was exactly what we were looking for!! We also visited their restaurant Noya, which has Mediterranean food and we all were super satisfied. Very big wine and cocktail list and many options for food! The staff there was also very polite. They are really professionals.We recommend it for sure!!!

This is our 2nd visit to St John’s and we were not disappointed. The villa was great with all that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pools are lovely and warm and kept clean and tidy. The staff here are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Always a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The location is lovely with great views down to the village and sea beyond. There is a hill to get down to the resort which can be testing after a night out! This will not cause any great issues and is good for the thighs!! A great resort with friendly staff and highly recommended.

I booked this whilst on Tsilivi for a treat for my wife and our daughter. The stay to a point was really nice, beautiful on site restaurant and views. However when checking out we noticed a lot of ants all over our daughters bed. She was in the upstairs room with the 2 singles, whilst my wife was in the upstairs room with the king size. This was In the Ivy Villa just beyond reception. We took some pictures of the ants before I went to reception to talk to them. After the first person I spoke to almost dismissed it as ‘it’s not possible’ I asked for a manager and was told they would send housekeeping up. A lovely woman appeared and took me back on the golf cart. She inspected the room / bed and noticed that there was still ants on the bed. We pulled the bed out but she could not locate the source of the ants. She radioed back to reception and another person appeared with insect spray and she sprayed down the back of the bed and apologised to us said they would be gone for us, not realising my wife was only staying 1 night. I went to reception and was naturally unhappy about this, particularly that it was my 4y/o daughters bed. They apologised and offered their breakfast free (€30-35). I didn’t feel this was enough and when I got the 2 of them back to our holiday apartment in Tsilivi I emailed the hotel with the pictures to which they have not replied. Concerns around cleanliness and customer management. I expected a LOT better.

The staff was very professional and polite, the rooms was big with an amazing view and private pool and also the golf buggy took us from the entrance of the villas to our room. The restaurant had excellent food with many choices and new signature cocktails which is necessary to try.
