Could not get thru to front desk. And if I did was put on hold. Eventually reached someone and I told them during a diaper change my baby had peed on the bed. They told me housekeeping was gone and they couldn’t do anything to help. Denied towels also because housekeeping was gone. Was laughed at when I asked about a military discount.

My stay was for 4 nights. By the second night I requested the room to be made or at least take the garbage out and do the beds and change the towels. That request was never done. The fallowing day I made another request for the room to be made and again I was ignore completely. I recommend not to use this hotel for poor management.

En general me gustó mucho el hotel. Ami me gusta que no se hayan metido a limpiar por los primeros 4 días, me da privacidad y seguridad. Ya al 5to día noté que entraron a cambiar toallas, tender camas y sacar basura. Así se maneja éste hotel. El desayuno está completo y variado diario. Las noches muy tranquilas porque no entra ni un sólo ruido. Realmente disfruté mi estancia.

Overall a beautiful property. The staff was super nice friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and for the most part great. My only 2 issues are: And mind you this is not the property's fault but the design and build. The Bathroom where the shower is located (Suite) is way way too small. You literally need to squeeze onto the wall to open and close the door. Further the water pressure is HORRIBLE! The pillows and this seems to be with all Hilton properties are horrible and need better quality ones. And lastly $35 a day for parking is a little extreme! The breakfast was delicious! And it is very conveient to and walking distance tons of great restaurants!

Always a pleasure to stay at a Hampton Inn. Almost never a surprise except this time ... No where was it mentioned that there would be a $33.00 fee to park our car!!! If we had known, we would not have stayed at this location. The fee was just to park it, no valet, no additional security ... nothing but GREED!!!

No food available for late check-in. I asked if the hotel bar next door ( partner to you) was opn i was told no. After i checked in, i went next door to the bar and had several drinks. This is after i asked the front desk to call next door to make sure that they were open. Which i was assured they weren't without them making a phone call. Please don't think that people are stupid, we're not.

Decent place. I was placed across from the elevator so I later learned I was not too keen on it, it's a moderately busy area. I was midly inconvenienced by the lack of shower gel in the shower when I was taking a shower. I did let the front desk know since I was only a few hours into my stay. The wifi was also extremely spotty it would connect in and out. My younger sister had to go into the hallway to connect her Nintendo switch because the internet connection was so poor. Dispite this, the stay was decent.
